"Did you opt to unfollow him simply because he did not reciprocate the follow?" Rhea inquired, displaying amusement. It took little time for me to respond.
"Why would I persist in following him if he did not reciprocate? It would portray me as rather desperate. I did not regret unfollowing him, but I was undoubtedly somewhat inquisitive about his profile picture," I muttered.
"As you wish," she amusingly replied.I inquired, "What are you laughing at? Am I making a joke of some kind?" feeling exasperated.
She responded, "No, not at all. I meant that both of you exhibit similar traits-being egotistic and having a strong attitude."
I inquired, 'Goodness, Rhea! What is the issue? Why do you consistently seek out commonalities between us?' "You enjoy it as well, don't you?" she chuckled."
"Please cease your actions!," I stated in a cheerful yet bashful tone. She laughed.
The other day, during the course of my math online class, I was summoned to the kitchen by my mother. Upon hearing her call, I promptly responded with
"Yes, mother," and proceeded to the kitchen. There, I found her struggling to open a cardboard box, evidently containing heavy items.
As I approached, I inquired, "What seems to be the issue?"
"This box contains some photo frames and glass items," she stated.
"I've been trying to open it for a while now, but it seems to be stuck." I took the box from her and examined it.
It was a large, heavy box, and it was clear that she had been struggling to open it. I tried to pry it open, but it was no use. The tape was too strong.
"I'll need to get a knife or something," I said. "I'll be right back."
I went to the living room and found a cutter in a drawer. I took it back to the kitchen and carefully began to cut the tape. After few minutes, I was able to open the box.
"Thank you, honey," my mother said. "I appreciate your help." I smiled. "You're welcome, Mom."
Upon returning to my room, I resumed my attention in the class. I was forced to stay home during the lockdown due to the coronavirus outbreak. It was a really tough time, but I got through it with the support of my family and friends.
The worst part was having to deal with all that free time. I filled some of it with my schoolwork, but I also made time for hobbies and hanging out with my friends. It was difficult not being able to see them in person. I missed those days, and hoped we never had to go through something like that again.
It's heartbreaking to think of all the loved ones we lost to the virus. In our family alone, we lost 3 people. My heart goes out to everyone who lost someone special during the pandemic. CORONAVIRUS was indeed an unforeseen turn in everyone's lives.
