Chapter 3.

So sorry for the long wait guyssss. I was moving house and had a lot of pressure in school and was thinking of dropping the story so yeaaah. (CALUM'S POV)

Crap, London's amazing! I stared through the window of our new manager's SUV, my eyelids drooping slightly. Don't judge me, I was exhausted, first the flight here from Australia, then that awful meeting, I'm so glad we're almost home. Well, it might not be home but it will be where me and the boys live for the next few months. By the boys I mean: Luke, Ashton and Michael, my three best friends and bandmates. Seem familiar? Yeah, we're that band 5 Seconds Of Summer, you might have heard of us.

I was so preoccupied with my daydreaming that I didn't notice that we were parked up at the house until Luke punched my arm, telling me to get out before Anna started getting mad. Yup, we could already tell she wasn't one to cross, seriously, she looked like a business woman. She was quite nice though, I wonder if she has any kids, maybe we could get along... But just seeing her and hearing her name seemed familiar. I don't know why, and that's what confuses me...

Luke punched me again. "What the actual hell is your problem dude?!" I whisper-yelled at him as I clambered out of the car, cradling my sore arm where Luke punched it. "You wouldn't get out of the car, and you looked slightly retarded, you like fazed out."

"Gee thanks Lukey, it's called daydreaming, and you don't punch someone if they are! Oh and by the way," I punched his arm, "revenge is sweeeeet." I punched his arm again, I'm pretty sure that's gonna leave a mark, if not a nice purple bruise. Serves him right, little mother-

"Right," Anna exclaimed as we all got to the door. We all fell silent, so I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one slightly scared of her. "I have a daughter, she is 16. Please do not flirt with her, or we will have to have a VERY serious conversation, which might have serious consequences. So I suggest the four of you think twice before trying to hit on Julia. She has made some very big mistakes before, and they were influenced by the boys she was spending time with." She stared all of us down, then smiled. "Now, welcome to our home!"

As soon as we walked through the door of the huge house, I saw the most beautiful girl I had ever laid my eyes on. She was imperfectly perfect in every single way. But I knew that gorgeous face of hers from somewhere. As we walked down through the wide hallway, she noticed, and stopped talking to her friend. She looked deep into my brown eyes with her perfect blue-grey ones, and some unknown emotion flashed through them. Fear maybe? But why would she be scared of me as we've never met? She stared at me, and I found I was lost in her eyes.

"Julia, Nicole, this is Luke, Ashton, Michael and Calum. They're going to be living with us for a while, so please take care of them while they're here. Boys, this is my daughter Julia, and her best friend Nicole. I'm sure the six of you will be best friends. Now, I have to go to the Syco office, make yourselves at home."

Julia gasped as her mum said my name, but I was still confused. Why was she acting like this?

"Um... Hi. I'm Julia, looks like we're gonna be living together!" She stepped forwards and awkwardly hugged each of us in turn, and when she got to me, I felt sparks. And then it hit me.

Julia.

My ex-best friend and one love.

Julia is back in my life, and this time, I won't let her go.

I can't let her go, not again.

(JULIA'S POV)

Oh crap. Oh crap. Oh CRAP. This can't be happening right now. I have to spend the whole summer with a guy who is possibly Calum and his bandmates... Wow they're good looking. Let's just hope he doesn't recognise me at this point, or just isn't him, otherwise things are going to be veryyyy awkward between the two of us, not that it wouldn't be anyway... I hate being shy around new people! I realised that I zoned out when I heard mum introducing them all. Okay Julia, FOCUS.

"Julia, Nicole, this is Luke, Ashton, Michael and Calum. They're going to be living with us for a while, so please take care of them while they're here. Boys, this is my daughter Julia, and her best friend Nicole. I'm sure the six of you will be best friends. Now, I have to go to the Syco office, make yourselves at home."

I gasped again. It was him, but he was older and definitely fit. I couldn't believe it... As much as I didn't want to, I ran away without telling him the story, now if he recognises me, looks like I'm gonna have to, yay.

"Um... Hi. I'm Julia, looks like we're gonna be living together!" I told them, trying to hide th fear in my voice.

I stepped up to each of the boys in turn, hugging them all slightly awkwardly. Don't judge me, I'm a hugger, I got it from Nicole's family. First Luke, the tallest one, he was really cute, with baby blue eyes and windswept blonde hair. He reminded me of a little puppy... Then Ashton, who was a little bit shorter than Luke, but with the same blue eyes, and wavy blonde hair, I swear they could be brothers. He hugged me back warmly. I got the impression that he was really nice, and we were gonna be really close friends. Then Michael, who seemed kinda... different from the rest. He was roughly the same height as Ashton, with pale blue eyes and black hair with streaks of blue in the fringe. He hugged me back a little awkardly. Yup, another awkward child, join the club. And then Calum. He looked just as I remembered him, just taller and looking more grown-up. He had the same dark brown, almost black hair, and the twinkling brown eyes I remembered the most. As he hugged me, he whispered in my ear, "Hello Julia. I remember you." This hug felt different. I could feel something... I couldn't put my finger on what it was though. I felt safe. I pulled away and smiled.

But then I realised what he said.

"I remember you."

Oh shit. Say hello to torture Julia.

CLIFFHANGER! Kind of... Well anywayyyy. I hope you liked it and it's a decent length this time!
