"Wow! It's so pretty here!"
The line came from Ash, who was frantically running around, trying unsuccessfully to smell all the flowers at once, with Pikachu tailing him.
"Pika!"
Goh was behind Ash, who was looking at his RotomPhone, totally ignoring the beautiful scenery.
Chloe sighed, obviously tired with both of them.
"Ash, let go of that Capsikid. Goh, stop watching that. There are literally flowers more beautiful than those dumb social media influencers."
Goh sighed. "Ok, mom."
Chloe smirked. "Just tryna protect you."
They were currently at the Celadon City Gym, trying to help out Pinsir with her love woes.
Chloe sighed. She loved reading about romance and all that, but she was really only here because she wanted to meet Leafeon.
Ash looked over at Chloe, seeming a bit confused.
"Hey.. Chloe, are you okay? You seem a little bit stressed."
Chloe sighed. "Sure. Just getting ready to meet Leafeon."
Ash gave her a broad smile, which she was now getting used to.
"Yeah, Leafeon is such a cool Pokemon!"
"Sure. C'mon."
Soon, they walked up to a stage, where a basket full of flowers and other accessories.
Goh gaped. "Wow, Pinsir's gonna love this!"
Ash grinned. "I can't wait for her to see this!"
Chloe wondered how Ash had such a helping personality. He was always willing to help someone, no matter the circumstances.
"No wonder he has so many friends..."
As if on cue, Erika walked into the room.
"Ah, students for the flower bearing, no?"
Ash nodded. "Yup!"
Erika almost choked.
"Why, is that Ash?"
Goh tilted his head, confused.
"Why? Did Ash come here before?"
Erika shook her head.
"Oh, nonono. Ash saved the gym when it was burning down."
Chloe gasped. "Wow.. Ash did that?"
She looked over at Ash, who was getting complimented by Goh for his feat.
"Ash is really cool.."
She shook away the thought.
"Anyways.." Said Erika, smiling again.
"Let's start flower arranging, shall we?"
