chapter 6 - The house of Shadows

William POV

I was in this house for a while and I am starting to wonder if you can even tell if it is day or night here but have searched for any clues that this book would give me and so far It is the same.

Then I heard a voice, So I quickly grabbed my knife to be on guard but when I went to go look there was nothing.

William: I must be going crazy because of this place.

Then I decided to look through the book again but, when I flipped through the pages I saw a few blank pages then, all of a sudden word started to appear on it.

I took time to read it, but I got interrupted by another noise.

William: who is there!?

Yet again there was nothing when I turned.

I get the uneasy feeling that there is something that is here but, they hide fast enough so I can't catch them on time or maybe it is deadprice messing with me again.

So I decided to look around the house a little more and then I saw and upstairs so I decided to go upstairs.

As I was walking up the stairs you can hear the creaking sounds that it makes when you're going up and it is honestly kinda creepy, makes me wonder how old is this house?

I heard the voice again but this time I decided to ignore it as I thought it was nothing again but this time I felt something on my shoulder, so I grabbed my knife and turned as I went to slash it but there was nothing.

William: this place is getting to me but, I swore that I felt something.

I looked around on the 2nd floor of this place and I found a room with a bed in and also the room looks pretty clean for looking old, so I decided to go in the room.

I sat down on the bed, and I opened the book to see what was new inside.

Then when I looked it was a small poem again

William: phase one is done now for phase two, don't bite something larger than you can chew, but you the ones called the lost, they will find you and take you to their boss.

Then I heard something or someone downstairs, so I went to go see what it was and that was a mistake.

I hid quickly as soon as I saw it and it was a creature all in black and white eyes and it also had horns on there head and they were Big.

???: well finally after all that home sweet home

It looks like a beast in guffed in darkness with a massive body and it is hard to make up what it is.

Then I peaked over again and I saw another and it looked like a cat but he looks beaten up just a bit.

???: Theo are you alright?

Theo: I am fine it will heal it was just those damn lost ones again.

??? You know if you keep fighting them head first you will never defeat them, see look you have to you that power for a surprise attack.

I try and move away quietly so they don't hear me and they continue talking as I over hear them as well.

???: just call for back up when you need it or just let me come with you.

Theo: you don't understand I need to prove that I can do something on my own for once.

???: but Theo, you don't want to get his attention again.

Theo: but that damn wolfdog is such a pain when he is around, I just want him gone from this place so I can hunt.

???: is now out fault we have to struggle with him and besides we are going for bigger prey than just mortals.
