[a/n]: A new organization will be made? Probably?

[Daniel Park's POV]

I glanced around my shabby house, only containing a bathroom in the side of the small kitchen with only a few thin walls stabilizing the whole house in a somewhat organized way.

I flopped down near the desks, containing my blue blazer high school uniform, a few large clothes from my old house and the oversized convince store clothes that only fit my original body.

It's a little odd seeing my own body sleeping in the floor with only a bluish blanket, but I learned a few things.

Looking down a little from my open janky laptop, I see a notepad I wrote down last week or so. If anyone finds out about my secret, I'll be scared for what happens.

'1. Every time I slap my other self, I switch bodies. I'm also awake 24/7, and every time I switch my mind is in a clear state. ( not sure how I got this second body )

2. I have to feed and care for the second body since it's apart of me.

3. I noticed how people have treated me better in the second body then my first body.

4. What do I write here?? I'm hungr|y

Then, I heard the knock on the door.
"Mom?"
Closing the laptop, I rose up from my feet as I opened the wooden door.

My mother, standing outside the door, with her wrinkled face smile, her usual patterned clothing, with her worn out slippers on the ground and her hair was filled with low maintenance curls.

She entered the house, looking around amazed by the cleanliness of the household, before looking back at me.

"Are you Daniel's roommate?"

"Yes, I am." I answered, pretending I was a stranger to her.

"Ah.. I made some food for my son, do you mind setting up the table for me?" My mother asked me, pulling out sealed containers of rice and soup.

"Sure, I don't mind at all." I say, making the large table cloth spread out on the table. As my hands were putting cutlery into the table, my mother reached out to wake up my original body.

"Wait!-" I stopped her in a panic.
"What is it?"

"Your son can eat later, he's been working really hard at work to pay the rent." I explained, glancing over to the badly made wallpaper.

"Oh? Well make sure that he eats very well then." She smiles, going to the table to eat with me. I felt relieved at that moment.

"I promise he will."

After a brief time of eating, acting as a roommate for my other self was getting more normal than the first time I was in school.

The food tasted warm, and well cooked, like always. As I looked around, I wanted to give something to her for traveling that far to meet me.

"Hey, there's a cafe here that's pretty popular in making cakes and coffee, do you mind joining me there to rest from all the traveling?" I questioned her, before she nodded with a wrinkled smile. "Sure."

As we walked down town, I showed the cafe, newly built but filled with life. Green plants were growing at the sides, the building was filled to the brim with painted bricks and stained glass. The glass had stickers near the green paper 'help needed' posters for anyone who wants to work part time.
