Class was always the same everyday: Kids talking, pencils being thrown across the room, some boys trying to hit on girls. They say classes are like hell because of the lessons & homework, but I think they're like hell because of the ruckus that went on every single day. Man, I wish we would move. Well, not really because then I wouldn't be with James.

Anyway after a couple of minutes, Mr. Fritz finally came in. He was a middle-aged guy with white hair, mustache & beard, a white collar shirt underneath a beige sweater vest, blue jeans & red sneakers. It was kinda weird because he usually wore brown leather dress shoes.

"Alright class, settle down. As you may have heard from the school news, we have a new student. Now, he isn't in this class, but I was told to tell my class to not make fun of the new kid because of his appearance. He may look funny, I will admit, but that doesn't give you the right to laugh at him, got it?"

The class nods & the lesson begins. In the back of the room, where I was sitting, the popular non-jocks joke & laugh out loud about stuff.

"So, did you hear about that one girl back in Denver? I heard Nicholas Jennings was dating her

"Wait, do you have proof?"

"Sure do. Check it out"

One of the jocks, Bernie, handed out of picture of Nicholas & the Denver girl. As I took a closer look at the picture, I noticed something off about it. I walked over to the boys to take a even closer look.

"Woah, hey, it's that...that...uhh, I don't know. Hi there"

"Hey Bernie. May I take a closer look at that picture of yours? I noticed something wrong about it."

"Oh, this? Yeah, sure, go ahead"

He gave me the pic & as I examined it, it hit me. It was photoshopped & some bits of it came from A.I.

"Yep, knew it. This picture is photoshopped. The original picture was Nicholas shooting hoops with pictures from his drone. The girl & diner are made from A.I because her hair strands are melting into her face, her pupils look like cracked eggs on a saucepan, the chairs legs look crooked & there's a painting of a deformed dog in the background."

The boys looks shocked at my analysis. Bernie then snatched back the picture with a shameful face.

"Alright, Miss Analysis. Thank you for exposing my scam."

"Not gonna lie, that editing is really good. Good work, Bernie."

It didn't appear fully, but I could tell he was smiling a little. I guess that was the first time someone complimented or even noticed his photoshopping genius.

It's nice for a person to accept a compliment around here.
