After school the girl's got picked up by manager Park, he was the Yoo family's manager, "You two are heading to the carnival tomorrow?" He asked the girls, "Yeah, I was so hard to convince this one" Haneul pointed at Jeongyeon who was watching her equations video because she found her phone.
"Jeongyeon, You found your phone?" He asked, "Yeah."
"Hyunjin had it, they got their phones mixed up in the science room last week, she still has to return his" Haneul said annoyed. "How did they get mixed up, and who is Hyunjin??" There was no answer from Jeongyeon. "Apparently in the science rooms they dropped their phones, they have similar phones and got it mixed up. And Hyunjin is a brat, stupid, sweaty, annoying thing"
"Thing?"Manager Park was so confused but he didn't question any further for his own sanity. The car ride was silent and Haneul couldn't stand silence, "So, manager Park, when are you getting married?" Haneul asked like always, this man could not escape her questions, he was like a brother to her just like Minghao, so she annoyed him the best she could.
"When you start getting straight 90s" Haneul's jaw dropped, "This is why you're single, tch old man, you should be having grandchildren by now-"
"You should be going to class on time and getting at least 80s, miss 60 percent." he snapped back. "Ugh just drive." Jeongyeon said frustrated. The car went silent again, and Haneul just looked out of the window. Once they reached Jeongyeon's house, they got out of the car and Haneul ran inside. "That girl has never run out of energy." Manager Park sighed, Jeongyeon just stared at him, "I wonder what will have to happen to make her energy run out." Jeongyeon walked away, "What is she talking about?" He sighed and drove off, the Yoo family was very odd, manager Park just had to deal with it.
Haneul was staying the night at Jeongyeon's house, the girls watched movies all night and eventually fell asleep. "Jeongyeon! Hurry up, we have to get ready!" Haneul nudged Jeongyeon who was still sleeping, the girls fell asleep at 4 am in the morning, now it was 5pm in the afternoon, Jeongyeon yawned and got up. "What time is it?"
"It's 5pm." Haneul said with a nervous smile, Jeongyeon jolted awake and ran to the bathroom without saying a word. Haneul sighed and went to the guest washroom and took her clothes with her.
The two matched their outfits somewhat. Haneul had a green summer dress and Jeongyeon had a pink summer dress, it was getting hotter outside and that meant school was about to end as well. Haneul was excited while Jeongyeon was ready to study for her senior year ahead, she wanted to be ahead of everyone especially Kim Seungmin, her one and only sworn rival.

It was 6pm, Haneul came out of the washroom and searched for Jeongyeon, she didn't find her anywhere, then she went to the balcony connected to her bedroom. There she was leaning on the railing, Haneul hurried beside her. "The sun makes your skin glow." Haneul smiled and stared at her best friend who had her eyes closed. Jeongyeon opened her eyes and gave Haneul a small smile and pinched her cheek, "That makes the two of us, your skin is smooth." Jeongyeon laughed.
"Mhm, now should we go?" Haneul asked, "On the bicycles?" Jeongyeon smiled and asked. "You know I can't ride bicycles." Haneul laughed.
"We'll just have to walk then." Jeongyeon shrugged, "It's a 20 minute walk, so we won't have a problem." Haneul said, grabbing both of their purses. "You mean you won't have a problem Miss Athlete." Haneul just smiled at her words and walked beside her best friend, the 20 minutes they walked passed by like seconds due to Haneul talking the whole way to the carnival.
"I have the VIP tickets, my brother got me them." Haneul smiled, showing them to Jeongyeon, "The advantages of being a child of a rich family." Jeongyeon chuckled. "I have some cash on me, we can play games!" Haneul cheered. "I only have my black card on me," Jeongyeon sighed.
"I think they take cards here for games." Haneul reassured her best friend. Haneul pulled her to the rides first; the first ride was a roller coaster which both of the girls enjoyed. "Let's go on the teacup roller coaster." Jeongyeon pointed, It was like a normal roller coaster. In this one, they had 4 people enter each tea cup and lock it up like a cage, it also spun. There were a total of 4 cups meaning 16 people per ride.
"Two others will be with us on the ride." Haneul stated, "Just stay close to me." Jeongyeon held onto Haneul's hand and kept her close in the line, even the VIP line was big for this ride. "Looks like a lot of people like this ride." Haneul smiled excitingly.
The gate opened and both the girls hurried into a teacup, once they got in they realized there were no belts, just bars to hold onto. "Lord this is going to be a crazy ride, they close off the top like a cage." Jeongyeon sighed and sat down.
