A New Challenge:

The U.A. Sports Festival had arrived, and the atmosphere buzzed with excitement. Students from all grades gathered in the stadium, ready to showcase their abilities and compete for the top spot. For the students of Class 1-A, it was a chance to prove themselves and take another step towards their dreams of becoming pro heroes.

Kaito stood with his classmates, feeling a mix of anticipation and determination. After the intense battle at the USJ, he was eager to test his skills in a less dire but equally challenging environment.

"This is it, everyone," Midoriya said, his voice filled with determination. **"Let's give it our all!"

The first event, the Obstacle Race, had already concluded with a thrilling finish. Now, it was time for the second event: the Cavalry Battle.

Forming Teams:

Midnight, the event's announcer, explained the rules. **"For the Cavalry Battle, each team will consist of two to four members. One person will be the rider, while the others will be the horses. The goal is to grab as many headbands as possible from other teams, and the team with the most points at the end wins. Remember, each headband has a different point value based on the rider's ranking from the Obstacle Race!"

Kaito, who had placed high in the Obstacle Race, was quickly approached by several classmates eager to team up with him.

"Kaito, join my team!" Bakugo demanded, his usual fiery attitude on full display.

"I'd love to have you on my team, Kaito," Todoroki offered, his calm demeanor contrasting sharply with Bakugo's intensity.

Kaito considered his options carefully. He knew that teamwork and strategy would be crucial in this event. After a moment, he made his decision.

"I'll team up with Todoroki, Midoriya, and Uraraka," Kaito announced. The combination of Todoroki's powerful quirk, Midoriya's strategic mind, and Uraraka's gravity manipulation seemed like a winning formula.

The Battle Begins:

As the starting signal echoed through the stadium, chaos erupted. Teams dashed across the arena, each one vying for the valuable headbands. Kaito, riding on Todoroki's shoulders, kept a keen eye on their surroundings, ready to defend against any attackers.

"Stay close and watch our flanks," Midoriya instructed, his eyes darting around for potential threats.

Suddenly, a team led by Bakugo charged towards them, aiming to steal their headband. Bakugo's explosive attacks created a whirlwind of dust and debris.

"Incoming!" Uraraka warned.

Kaito reacted swiftly, using his Undead quirk to harden his blood and form a protective barrier. The explosion was deflected, but the force still pushed them back.

"Nice defense, Kaito!" Todoroki said, immediately countering with a wave of ice to slow Bakugo's team.

A Fierce Competition:

The Cavalry Battle was a whirlwind of action. Teams clashed, alliances were formed and broken, and headbands changed hands rapidly. Kaito's team focused on defense, using their quirks to protect their headband while looking for opportunities to strike.

As the clock ticked down, Kaito spotted a team with several high-value headbands. **"Over there! Let's go for those!"

Todoroki nodded and propelled their team forward with a burst of ice. Midoriya and Uraraka coordinated their movements, creating a path for Kaito to grab the headbands.

"Now!" Kaito shouted, reaching out and snatching the headbands just as the final buzzer sounded.

The Results:

The teams gathered in the center of the arena as Midnight tallied the points. The tension was palpable, and everyone waited anxiously for the results.

"And the winners of the Cavalry Battle are... Team Todoroki, Midoriya, Uraraka, and Kaito!" Midnight announced.

The stadium erupted in cheers. Kaito's team had pulled off a thrilling victory, showcasing their exceptional teamwork and individual strengths.

"We did it!" Uraraka exclaimed, her face beaming with joy.

"Great work, everyone," Todoroki said, a rare smile on his face.

Midoriya nodded, looking at Kaito. **"Your quick thinking and defensive abilities were crucial. We couldn't have done it without you."

Kaito felt a sense of pride and accomplishment. Despite the challenges they had faced, they had come out on top. But he knew this was just the beginning. The Sports Festival was far from over, and the next events would test them even further.
