GILBERT HOUSE

Tyler and Matt open the front door. Caroline and Amelia walks in behind them with Amelia's arm wrapped around Elena, helping her into the house.

Caroline: Couch.

Elena: I'm fine. I just...I want something to eat first.

Tyler: We're on it, as soon as we make sure no one is lurking in the closets.

Tyler and Matt walk upstairs. Amelia leads Elena to the couch.

Caroline: All right, couch, now!

Elena: Uhh, I told you I'm fine.

Amelia grabs a blanket and follows Elena who sits down on the couch

Amelia: Doctor says you need rest so rest

She wraps the blanket around Elena then sits down beside her. Caroline sits down beside Elena, placing Amelia in between her mates.

Amelia: Now, what can I get you? Do you want some tea, maybe some vodka? Both will help you sleep.

Caroline and Elena looks at her amused and smiles

Amelia: I'm being smothering. It's what I do. I can't help it.

Elena: No, I like you taking care of me, darling

Caroline: And this makes you adorable, my love.

They both leans in closer and peppers their girl's face with open mouthed kisses making Amelia giggle.

FLASHBACK

Amelia and Elena are walking across the courtyard, their hands interlinked together

Elena: Caroline Forbes told me that my ponytail lacked 'zhuzh'.

Amelia: I don't even know what that means.

Elena: I can't go

Amelia turns and looks at her

Elena: I know, but Jenna's in town and my parents want to do family night.

Amelia: You have to go. See if you can sneak out.

She leans up on her tip toes and kisses her

Amelia: Bye. Love you

Elena: Love you more, darling

Amelia smiles and walks away, leaving.

AMELIA'S HOUSE

Amelia is pacing back and forth biting her nails nervously.

Amelia: We can't leave

Caroline: Yes we can

Amelia: But our friends needs us

Caroline: And your girls needs to protect you, Melly darling. You're pregnant, baby

She walks closer and cups her face in her hands.

Caroline: Look; Stefan, Damon, and Katherine are gonna do whatever it takes to protect everyone but I need to get you somewhere safe. Let us protect you

Amelia: I'll go anywhere with you. . I mean, if we have to spend the rest of our lives running, I will run with you. But, first, I have to help our friends.

Caroline: I'll get our stuff and we'll meet at the cellar in two hours.

Amelia: Deal

She leans up and kisses her

Caroline: What do you need?

Amelia: Just Mr. Moo and you

Caroline laughs and kisses her again

Caroline: I love you

Amelia: I love you

They kiss one last time and Caroline leaves the house.

CELLAR

Amelia pulls her phone out and calls Katherine who's in the woods

Katherine: Let me guess. Calling to see if the Grim Reaper's paid a visit?

Amelia: How are you feeling? Are there any symptoms?

Katherine: Not yet. But I'm sure we'll have a laugh when we find out that Klaus is a big, fat liar.

Amelia: Yeah, I'm – I'm sure we will.

Katherine: Hey, where are you?

Amelia: At the cellar. Waiting on Caroline and Elena.

Katherine: I love you, Amelia. I'm so happy you came into my life. I'm happy I finally found you after 500 years looking for you. The moment I saw you, I fell for you instantly.

Amelia: I'll see you soon.

Katherine: I'll see you soon and I love you, baby girl.

Amelia hangs up and turns around seeing Caroline run down into the cellar.

Caroline: Melly? Oh God

Amelia rushes towards her and they embrace

Amelia: Sorry. I had to meet Bonnie real quick.

They pull away and Amelia notices Caroline's sad and upset

Amelia: What happened?

Caroline: Klaus. He died.

Amelia: You're going to be fine, Caroline

Caroline: No, it's not me that I'm worried about.

Amelia: There's no point. I'm a lost cause, but you're strong and you have a beautiful future ahead of you. And when you make it through this

Caroline grabs her face and smashes their lips together. They kiss each other passionately.

Suddenly, Amelia falls to the floor, coughing and clutching her heart. She stops and stands up, looking at Caroline.

Amelia: Do you feel anything?

Caroline: No, I feel fine.

Amelia: I need you to get out of here. I don't want you to watch me die.

Caroline: No, I'm not leaving.

Amelia falls to the ground in pain again.

Caroline: NO!!!! I'm staying.

Amelia: No.

Caroline: Yes!

Amelia: You run. Or I'll make you run.

Caroline: I'm not leaving.

Amelia looks at her and then begins to transform into a wolf.

Amelia Go!

Caroline cries and rushes out of the cellar.

LATER

Bonnie walks down into the cellar

Bonnie: I know you're here.

Amelia walks out of the shadows.

Amelia/Klaus: I must say you really did that spell brilliantly. I didn't think you had it in you.

Bonnie: I did it to save my friends and my mother, Klaus. Not you.

Amelia/Klaus: The spirits won't be happy with you.

Bonnie: The spirits don't get to tell me what to do anymore. I'm done getting pushed around by all of you. I did it because I wanted to.

Amelia/Klaus suddenly groans and rolls her eyes

Amelia/Klaus: DAMN IT!!

Bonnie: What now?

Amelia/Klaus: I got to pee again.
