The Next Phase

Sup, I'm back, and here is the next chapter, but something first.

This will mention bits (mainly the end credit scene) of Winter Soldier, and also, this will be the end of the experiments arc before going into the start of Age of Ultron.

I'm sure some people might not be OK with how I gave Petra her Spider powers, and I might be concerned with how op she might be, especially with the next two powers I'll give her.

Trust me I'll make sure to keep her balanced, and plus I wanted to switch it up on how Spidey gets his or hers power, but if no one liked it, I'll do the normal spider bite going forward in future stories

With that said, and not really too much else to say besides I don't own anything Marvel , let's get into it.

It was Janurary 1st, 2014, and Baron Von Strucker was again looking through the enhancements the three Maximoff siblings had gained from the scepter.

It was still surprising to him after all, all the other test subjects immediately died when coming into contact of scepter, but to see that three had survived and see the abilities they had gained, despite already knowing about it prior was still shock to, Dr. List had believed it was because the three were siblings, which is to why they survived, but the Baron but cast it aside as it didn't, what did matter was that the experiment was a success, and that the next phase was set, but there was still other work to be done.

Because soon HYDRA's long awaited plan of Project Insight would soon come fruition, and the world would soon come to HYDRA's new world order, and all the threats or at least future threats to HYDRA would be destroyed before even becoming a threat.

But alas, it was not his job to worry about Project Insight, that was the job of Alexander Pierce, the current head and leader of the HYDRA cell within S.H.I.E.L.D, as well as the Secretary of the World Securtiy Council, he still felt uneasy though considering their greatest enemy and Avenger, Captain America was working with S.H.I.E.L.D, or more specifically HYDRA, as HYDRA had grown within S.H.I.E.L.D, ever since S.H.I.E.L.D's creation.

He found it ironic that the very one who fought and stood against them back in WWII would be the very same one who brings HYDRA's new world order to prominence. Though even though he found it ironic, he still couldn't shake this uneasy filing that HYDRA's dream wouldn't come to pass, but maybe he was being paranoid.

For now, though, he would focus on the siblings and getting them ready for the new world order that was soon to be HYDRA.

He had set up training plans to test each of the siblings and their abilities, as well as the limit of those abilities, he wanted to know what exactly this enchantments the siblings could do, despite already knowing what they are he needed to it for himself, and thus began the testing of all three abilities.

First of them was the oldest Pietro Maximoff who had an increased metabolism, and improved thermal homeostasis, which in more specific words, "superspeed", they were in a middle of a forest not a really a good place for testing the oldest abilities yes, but it is still useful.

They wanted to test how fast he could run, and if there were other abilities just beside super speed, that he had.

As the Baron alongside Dr. List, and a few other scientists and guards looked to the oldest in preparation for the showing of his abilities.
