Narrator's POV:

The first day of training camp was the toughest day out of the 3. After the students from both classes 1A and 1B had finished their training, everyone had dinner and went to bed. But little did they know that they would wake up to a very alarming awakening. . .

DAY 2:

It is the morning of day 2 and the students are already up and training. Today's training is about self-practice, meaning the students are spread out within the premises of the training grounds to focus on improving their own self techniques to use during training or in real battles. Izuku is training near the top of the mountain to practice his techniques using one-for-all.

Izuku's POV:

From my recent experiences in using one-for-all, I've realized that my arms won't be able to keep up with this power, no matter how well they heal. I need to go find another method that'll work just as well. I look down at the scars scattered across my arms and then look past them at my legs. I wonder if I can put out just as much damage with my legs as I can with my arms. I give it a shot, concentrating on controlling one-for-all within my legs as I do my arms. I take a deep breath in, and I swing my leg at the stone near me. I open my eyes to see the results and I was expecting there to be a hole going all the way through to the other side of the mountain. I think I've figured out what I'm going to use in battles instead of my arms.

After I've finished testing out my newfound 'tool,' I head over to the pavilion for lunch. Of course, we students have to make our own lunch and dinner, so I help with the cooking part. I wash my hands before I get to work on cutting up vegetables for a fruit and veggie salad, a favorite dish of mine. I chop up tomatoes, carrots, onions, and other veggies. I toss them into the giant bowl of lettuce and get to work on the fruits.

"Hey Deku, you're really good at chopping up fruits and veggies, aren't ya?" I hear Uraraka say while she's carrying firewood over to Iida and Todoroki.

"I guess, how else would I be able to prepare one of my favorite healthy dishes otherwise?" I chuckle in response, and she giggles a little too. I finished cutting up the fruit and toss it into the salad bowl. I take the salad serving spoons and mix it all together, and then I drizzle a tiny bit of ranch on top and ta da; a perfect healthy snack for everyone to enjoy replenishing their energy. I bring the bowl over to the tables and split up the salad into smaller bowls on the other tables. By the time I'm done, Kacchan, Kirishima, Denki, and Mina have finished making sandwiches and pizza. Once all the tables are all set up, everyone gathers for lunch, and we all eat until it's time to get back to work. Since 1A cooked, 1B will be responsible for cleaning after lunch and we'll switch for dinner. I finish my food rather quickly and almost immediately grab a second helping; I didn't realize how hungry I was until I actually started eating.

"Izuku, slow down before you choke. Damn nerd." Kacchan says as he pulls my hands down away from my mouth so I slow down my pace. I give him a childish glare but do as he says because I don't feel like choking today, on anything

"Fine." I say after chewing the bite I had just taken. He gives me a smirk, proud of himself for who knows what.

After a while, everyone gets done eating and Ragdoll comes over and announces something to both classes.

"Attention! Tonight, both classes, 1A and 1B will be participating in a test of courage in groups of pairs. Whichever class has the least number of students scream or run wins. The two classes will take turns being the spookers and the spookests. I wish you all good luck tonight! You'll need it. Now get back to self-paced training. You have until 4pm. One more thing. Attacking each other is prohibited during the test of courage, students who do so will be punished with doing all cooking and cleaning, including extra hours of training. Thank you for your time!" and with that, she ends the announcement, and everyone goes back to what they were doing.

"Midoriya, do you want to be partners for the test of courage later?" Todoroki asks as I tie my shoe, I open my mouth to reply, but before I can Kacchan interrupts.

"Sorry Icey-Hot, the nerds with me. You can go with shitty hair if you want." He says scratching the back of his neck.

"Katsuki. When did I agree to this?" I asked, but it didn't sound like a question, it sounded like and interrogation. I almost couldn't hide the smile that threatened to creep it's way on my face as he broke out into a cold sweat for a second.

"Izuku, why are you using my first name? And besides we always to pairs together." He says slightly scared but mostly a little annoyed by the fact I called him his actual first name, knowing I'm going to have to pay for it later with my ass, but what can I say, I love seeing his rough side.

"Sorry Todoroki, Kacchan has a point, we normally do pairs together. But you and I can be a pair next time, okay?" I look to Todoroki and give him small smile.

"Okay..." he says after averting his gaze and I notice his small blush. I look over to Kacchan, expecting him to be staring at me with his 'if looks could kills face,' but he isn't. Instead, he's staring into the trees of the forest, with a suspiciously on guard face. I stand up and look in the direction he's looking and notice what he probably noticed as well. A purplish smoke that seems to be pacing back and forth, one that resembles the smokey body of Kurogiri from the league of villains.

"Kacchan...let's leave it be for now. If something happens, we tell the other, got it?" I say not taking my eyes of the smokey creature.

"Great minds think a like nerd." He says, and I take that as his response. I tell Kacchan and Todoroki I'll catch up with them later and head to the obstacles course to perfect my control on one-for-all in my legs. As I train and practice any and every move I know and adapt it to my new style of offense, I don't realize how fast the time flew by and it becomes dark. I realize and rush over to the test of courage sight and get scolded at for being late before I can join everyone else.

After my scolding, I realize that me and Kacchan are up next. We make our way through the path and don't really react to 1B's efforts besides laughing at some of their crazy ideas. As we near the end, we realize that none of the rest of 1B's classmates are trying to scare us, but we do notice a grey fog closing us in.

"Who's there and what did you do to the students of 1B?" I ask sternly and prepare myself for anything. Kacchan catches on and readies himself as well.

"Those students are perfectly fine, the one you should be worrying about it yourself.~" A raspy voice from within the smoke responds. I relax slightly at the mention of the others being safe. Big mistake. The group beneath me and Kacchan becomes something like what we saw earlier. However, I'm the only one that seems to be falling. I hear Kacchan struggling and then nothing. My mind goes blank, and I pass out. But before completely passing out I manage to mumble,

"Fuck. The League of Villains...I should've...known." and I'm knocked out completely.
