chapter 8: In The Principal's Office

Snivy was getting bored. She was initially sitting on her relax couch and was calmly having a sip of coffee, but then she got bored. She had nothing to do and was sitting idle. She started walking here and there from one corner to another corner of the room.

She mutters to herself,"I am the director of the camp so I have to supervise the whole thing but why do I have to even–",she cut off when she heard someone knock the door.

"The door is open",she said

Juno clenched her teeth with anxiety as she held the handle of the lockset and opened the door. She saw a woman in a green sari with long silky hair, she was literally scratching her head and moving around.

Juno got nervous. She had no idea what to say, 'May I come in' would be a good start to enter the room but, what kind of chaos does she create if she hasn't planned anything?

She was now staring at the woman. She kept on staring until her stomach started to growl and make noises.

"Ughh! What next?",she whispered to her, then she took a pause and said,"Let's get in, first things first–"

"Cheeseburgers", said her tummy

"Shut up", scolded Juno

"With extra cheese", it complained
 
She grinned. She took a pause. She knew after saying that much Maya would have definitely been gone but yet with a little hope at the corner of her heart, she looked behind.

No one was there. "Haha", laughed her brain as if they were watching the Tom and Jerry show as she made a disappointing face. "THE OFFICIAL EXPRESSION DECLARED AS A RESULT OF ..... BLOWING YOUR OWN TRUMPET! HAHA", her brain teased her.

"Bruh",she thought

Just then, Snivy saw Juno and called her in. She gave a good start,"good evening ma'am, I am Snivy"

How could she be Snivy? Snivy looked confused,"I am Snivy",she gave a ditch

"Oh sorry",Juno corrected. "I am Juno, Juno Lavigne"

"Oh", Snivy exclaimed,"so coming to the point, do you watch or read Harry Potter?"

"Yep"

"So somewhat related is your story. Both you parents, Andrew and Arielle —"

"They are not my parents ",Juno exclaimed

"Listen",screamed Snivy,"Andrew and Arielle were very very brave and bold. They belonged to Dianthus. This is a world created by the Moon goddess when the Sun god cursed is to sink into the sea. There was a time when our previous patron granted us immortality in exchange for us naïve, blindfold our eyes and for blindly following the patron's instructions. We were also not permitted to eat fruits from the gods tree as we will gain wisdom and die. But one day, a young man named Paul ate the fruits from that tree and gained wisdom, that's when the revolt began. We started to revolt and disobey the old patron and he cursed us to loose our immortality sink into the sea. But Queen Diana and created an underwater world for us."

She took a pause and then continued,"Your parents were born in this world. Andrew and Arielle, they were born for each other, born with the blessings of all gods and goddesses and were meant to serve this land as warriors. They went on many quests to save our world from the evil Solrock and soon they fell in love for each other and gave birth to you and that is how you belong to us"

Juno was in dismay. How come she doesn't know her parents? What about Emily? No she did not want to believe Snivy. She got furious and with an enraged voice,she spoke," Are you all gambling with me? I'm serious! If I belong to this place then why was I kept with Emily? Where is my mom? I want to be back at home!"

"Whoa, calm down",she said "I really can't tell you why you weren't with us and why we brought to here but one thing is for sure, you belong to this place"

She took a pause and then continued,"try to recall Juno Lavigne, that day there was an accident, your mother held you close to her chest, Arielle had never wished to loose you. Andrew tried his level best to you with then but—"

"JUNO!!",she screamed as she saw the young lady faint.

Juno fainted. She didn't really want to, but as Snivy spoke she started getting an imagery of strangers, she heard voices of unknown people, and soon fell into a dream.
