From what they have gathered and discovered through Dedede and some files, Gizo is a villain unknown in Japan, but relatively known in America.

Quirk Puppeteer - Out of Fantoche's ten fingers, one string each can emerge out of the tips of them. These extremely thin, almost invisible strings are used to seep into their target's skin and numb their bodies, the strings taking over the nerves of the target's body.
The target's eyes turn a tealish green as they get puppeteered by Fantoche. Although their senses are controlled by Fantoche, their vision is still present, though hazy and dizzying.
If Fantoche is puppeteering another's body, his own freezes and becomes vulnerable as he sees the world in his puppet's eyes instead of his own.
Fantoche "Gizo" [N/A] Very little is known about Fantoche's past. However, older articles from America state that he has an elder sibling. This elder sibling of Fantoche's remains unknown of to this day. It is unknown whether they have parents or not and whether Fantoche's sibling is also a villain.
