Year - 871
A royal ceremony was held for the birth of Odin and Frigga's first daughter. The sun was beaming, flowers were blooming, faces were smiling. The people of Asgard were ecstatic to welcome Y/n Odinsdottir to their lives.
Y/n's older brothers, Thor and Loki were even more excited. They felt so lucky to finally have a sister.
Thor was 354 when his sister was born whilst Loki was 90, both were already ready to lay down their lives to allow her happiness.
Thor had been friends with Sif, Hogan, Volstagg and Fandral since before he could remember, his mother, Frigga, had made Thor take Loki around with them, despite their resentment. When Y/n was older they had to take her with them too.
Year - 1051 (Y/n's POV)
Thor and his friends were dueling with wooden swords in the courtyard. I've always wanted to join them and fight like them. Instead, I sat with Loki who was showing me his magic. He created small fireworks in his hand.
I would never say this out loud but Loki has always been my favourite brother, he always made time for me no matter what.
Thor on the other hand, was always fighting or playing with his friends. I always tried to join in but he would tell me 'no' or I'm 'too young' and his friends, especially Fandral, would laugh at me.Fandral's POV
Thor's little sister, Princess of Asgard. God she's so annoying. Always trying to be around us and get involved. She's too small and weak to fight with us, we would knock her down immediately. If anything we are protecting her.
Year - 1274 (Y/n's POV)
I watched them from afar with Loki. He tried to distract me as usual but I wouldn't listen. I was invested with the new techniques the swordsmen was teaching my brother and his friends.
I would remember each movement precisely and practice in my room that night.
If my brother would allow me, I would most likely be a better fighter than most of them.Whilst watching, I noticed Fandral's eyes on me. God he's so annoying.
I stared back at him, not looking away for a second.
Before I knew it, Fandral was on the floor groaning in pain. Loki and I laughed at his sudden fall.
"It seems you distract him sister," Loki said softly to me.
"Oh please brother," I rolled my eyes and looked away from Fandral (still on the floor) towards Loki.
He smiled at me with that one mischievous grin I hate.
"Do not look at me like that."
"I don't know what you are talking about," Loki replied jokingly.
I looked back to Fandral who was now standing and brushing the dust off himself. I smiled at him sarcastically and he rolled his eyes.
Year - 1494 (Y/n's POV)
"Are you ready for tonight, my darling?" I heard my mother say as she walking into my room.
"Must I go, Mother?" I replied tiredly, lying face down on my bed.
"Yes, Y/n, you must."
