"COME ON JUST STOP THE CAR!" I yelled the best I could.

I could feel myself looking like an idiot ape, hanging behind the driver's seat, threatening to kill him if he didn't stop the car, whereas, the driver seemed to be ridiculously fine with dying instead of listening to my little piece of request as if I had asked him to donate his kidney.

"Please. Look. Just drop me outside the city hospital. I wanna see my mom," I pleaded again, on the verge of crying. "At least, give me my phone back."

Not moments before, the very compassionate, the one who had no secrets at all, also the driver, Alexander the Great had snatched my phone from me and told me to just sit quietly when everything in the world around me seemed to be out of place, just because I got drunk and spent the night sleeping in a bedroom that didn't belong to me.

I had never regretted falling asleep ever before in my life but now, for the first time, I was.

"She's annoying. How did you endure her the whole night?" The blonde girl, whom he had been referring to as Liz, turned in her seat to look at me with an expression that would make you doubt if something was wrong with you.

"You shut up!" I yelled at her and saw her face sprouting up into a red ball, which was followed by a low almost inaudible chuckle. Alexander.

Clutching onto the driver's seat again, I pulled it backward. "You tell me. Who are you and why are you doing this to me huh?"

He let out a weary sigh. "Hush it for a while, would you? I'm not gonna kill you but I'm certain you weren't having a good time back there with the cameras and all."

"So, my dear well-wisher, why don't you give me my phone back?" I asked, lashing my words with sarcasm.

"My dear beloved, heart throb, if you calm down a bit, I would like to give you visual answers to your every single question." He used the same tone as me, making me groan.

"I don't want answers anymore! Just drop me somewhere. Anywhere."

"And then see you getting chopped and fried by the media as they ask you the questions you can probably never answer until and unless I tell you?" He raised his brow, arrogantly and I punched him in the arm, the hardest I could. He didn't flinch but chuckled.

One thing I hadn't realized was the car had stopped and we weren't moving anymore.

I turned in my seat, examining the familiar street. The street where my mom was. I almost choked with happiness, rapidly trying to open the door which was locked.

"Open the goddamn door!"

"Liz, move," he said and motioned something to her with his eyes. She narrowed her eyes before sighing deeply and stepping out of the car, leaving just us inside.

As soon as the passenger seat was vacant, I jumped to it, so that Alexander was at my side now. "Now! What are you trying to do?" I asked.

"What?" He shrugged as if he was so oblivious.

"She, that, me, you." I pointed at Liz, the hospital which was visible from there, and then me and him respectively.

"I'm not doing anything." He shrugged. "Green looks good on you," he added and I punched his arm again.

"Learn to be a little less annoying."

"Exactly what I wanted to say."

I huffed, rolling my eyes. "What do you want? I'm not gonna fall for your dirty tricks and it's not the first time I'm telling you that."
