-Eight- New plan, new person

„I knew you were a disappointment the moment you were born."

Vegas held his red cheek, looking down at the ground, but the real pain was caused by his father's words. Slowly, he looked up at the older man, searching for the right words.

„Father, don't worry. Sunan and I already have a plan." „And that'd be? Telling everyone what we want so they maybe will have pity and give the information to us?" Gun was red as hell, and Vegas was sure that there'd be steam coming out of his ears if this was a cartoon.

„No. We've lost Porsche's trust, yes. But we still have Pete." „Pete?" „It's another bodyguard of Tankhun. He's innocent and a little dumb, but very loyal. Once I got him on our side, he'll stay forever." „And what makes you so sure that it'll work?" „He's very naive, I just have to play the act long enough and we can play him like a violin."

Gun nodded, looking satisfied for once. „Alright. Then you'll be the one who'll go to the auction. Kinn will be there as well, I'm pretty sure this..." „Pete." „Right, that this Pete will be there as well. You cousin always has a whole ass crew accompanying him whenever he steps outside." 

Vegas chuckled and nodded. „I'm pretty sure Pete'll be there as well. I won't disappoint you this time." „You've said that last time as well. We'll see." Vegas nodded hesitantly and left after his father waved his hand dismissively, wanting to tell Sunan how it went.

The other male was already waiting outside for his friend, sitting on the stone stairs and smoking a cigarette. Vegas sat beside him, accepting with a thankful nod the cigarette after Sunan had offered it to him. 

„I take it he isn't fond of the idea?" „Not exactly fond, no, but it's still better than nothing." „That means?" „That means you'll accompany me to an auction. The auction to be exact." „And what are we gonna buy?" „A necklace. A very pretty necklace. We can't fuck up. Neither the auction nor the mission, that's why I need you."

Intrigued, Sunan leaned closer, but Vegas shook his head and stood up, flicking the cigarette to the ground and stomping it out before heading inside, Sunan right behind him. As soon as they entered Vegas' private room and the door was closed, the taller male started to speak again.

„I won't be able to leave until I have the necklace, so you'll have to drug Pete for me." Sunan laughed out loud, flopping down onto the red couch. „And how am I supposed to do that? They're bodyguards. I doubt that he'll just drink whatever I'll give him, especially after the last incident with Porsche. And we both know he's not stupid."

Vegas groaned, sitting down next to his friend. „I know that he's not stupid, that's the fucking problem! You just need to get his trust back. Please, at least try." „... you're lucky you're my best friend." „Yes! Sunan you're the best!"

„Yeah yeah, keep the flattery to yourself and tell me why you want to drug Pete." „Stupid question. Whatever Porsche knows, he knows. We'll simply have to kidnap him and torture him until he talks." Sunan blinked slowly.

„Uhm... yeah, no, how about we put sadist Vegas back and try to find a better solution?" „For example?" „Well... I've talked to him quite a lot and he's a really open and friendly guy. How about we use the plan we had for Porsche on him? Being nice will work better on him than torturing him, of that I'm sure. Also, he's a fucking bottom." Vegas blinked slowly.

„What has that to do with the mission?" „You're the most dominant person I've ever met, and that's coming from a guy that rented a mistress for a night once." „Woah, too much information!  But thanks, I suppose. We'd just have to be really careful and take it slow. He seems like a deer, always ready to flee." Sunan huffed amused and stretched a little.

„What I was trying to say is that you just need to be a little seductive and you'll have him wrapped around your finger." „Hm... yeah, I suppose that's true. He seems like a person that doesn't really have one-night-stands, so he'll probably even want to talk with me about it after." „It'll be perfect." „God we're so good." Satisfied, the two men poured themselves a drink and relaxed a little, making some plans for the auction.

„It could be that you'll have to take it over sooner or later, after all it won't go unnoticed by the others if I talk to him the whole damn time." „Mhm, also, we don't know how much time we'll have, I can't tell if Kinn plans on staying longer and drinking with his friends." „No matter what it is, you have to look good." „I look always good." „But you need to look perfect. We'll go shopping. Now." „Son of a..."
