After seeing Kathryn I ran all the way back to my apartment. Once i got there i ran into my bathroom and did one of the worst things. I relapsed. I didnt want to but seeing her made all the bad memories come back. I was slumped against the door crying my eyes I heard a knock against the door .
" Ellie ?" I heard Vic whisper
I didn't respond to him. I couldn't . Knowing I did this would break his heart.
"Ellie please open the door or answer me , anything to let me know your ok." I heard his voice crack as I can tell he's crying.
I got up and opened the door.
"Ellie oh my god thank goodness you are ok!" Vic cried out while pulling me into his arms.
I stood there silently while he rubbed my back then pulled away.
"Ellie babe I know it was difficult seeing her but what else is wrong?"
I pulled up my shirt sleeve to show him my wrist. I saw his lips tremble and pools of tears gather in his dark brown eyes. More and more tears began to escape mine.
"E-Ellie . " he said as he took my hands. "Give me your blades." I did as I was told and handed him my blades . He rolled up his shirt sleeve and put his arm out towards me.
"Here. Take this look me in the eye and cut me as many times as you would cut yourself." He said passing me the blade.
" no Vic I could never do that to you. I love you more than anything ! " I shouted with tears rolling down my face.
" that's how it feels when you hurt yourself Ellie . You hurt me too. It feels like you are cutting me ."
Then I understood everything .
