Part 22. I See You

A sudden wave of confidence surged through me as I felt Hyunjin's lips on mine again. Keeping my face close to his, I shifted my body to be over his, accidentally disregarding that we were still in the parking lot of an amusement park.
He brought his hands to my waist, letting out heavy breaths of anticipation. My hands rested on his jaw as I could only kiss him passionately. The way his hands squeezed my sides and subtly brought me closer to his chest only made me more excited for whatever was to come next.

"Felix... wait," He whispered between heated kisses and I pulled away just barely, staring into his gleaming eyes.

"Is something wrong?" I ask him, concerned by his plea, but also entranced by the way his eyes looked into mine.
He softly smiles and brushes hair from my face.
"You are so beautiful." He whispers while I see his eyes scan my face.

I smile widely in response before placing my lips on his again, smiling into the kiss. He instantly responded and wrapped his arms around my torso this time, providing me an extra sense of security in his arms.

Before our make out sesh got too heated and I was purely desperate for him, a sudden voice outside of the car and in the distance called out.

"Hey, park's closed guys! You're gonna have to pack it up and head I'm home!"

Hyunjin and I instantly froze as we heard him, both of us looking out the windshield and seeing a security guard walking towards the car with a flashlight. Startled, we froze for a moment before Hyunjin shuffled to pull me away from himself. I instantly followed and scrambled into the passenger seat, praying the guard didn't see us through the car's tinted windows.

"Just go, just go." I rush Hyunjin to get out of here before a stranger has go to acknowledge what we were doing, both of us very clearly embarrassed.

I hurriedly fixed my hair and straightened out my hair as Hyunjin turned on the engine and began to drive out of the parking lot in panic. I watched the security guard watch us leave with a suspicious look on his face, making my face red. He most definitely knows.

When we were finally out of the large parking lot, I slumped into my seat with a sigh of relief. Hyunjin and I looked at each other for a moment before bursting into laughter, both of us stunned and embarrassed by what just happened.

"I don't think I've ever rushed out from somewhere so fast." He said and I laughed, relieved we didn't actually have to talk to the guy.

"He definitely saw us, though." I say with a chuckle, remembering the look on the guy's face, a blush creeping onto my face.

"If he didn't.. would you have continued?" He suddenly asks with a hesitant tone, making my heart beat faster and my ears beat up.
I had to take a moment to respond, trying to figure out how to possibly respond without being too forward but also not too hesitant.

"Would you.. have minded if I did?" I ask meekly, my stomach flipping in nervousness.

Of course I would have moved on, but what if he wouldn't?

What if he was uncomfortable?

What if I was a bad kisser?

My doubts swarmed me like a meteor shower, but I tried my hardest to seem like I wasn't thinking of every possible way he could negatively respond to my question.
