I would first of all like to thank OpenNovellaContest for giving Bullet Train to Murder such a high rank – I still cannot believe that I made it to the shortlist so let's celebrate! yay!!

But seriously though, This was my first try at a mystery/thriller and to be able to finish this work in such a limited time while also being recognized for its potential.

▻ Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie (you already guessed this from the blurb but hey, she deserves all the love!)

I have read this work a countless times and every time she manages to surprise me. She's the queen of murder mystery, after all.

I was gifted this work on my birthday this year — its the best present I could've asked for.

▻ Everyone in my Family has killed Someone by Benjamin Stevenson (what's best than a family drama? one that involves murder. go check it out!)

▻ The Poet by Michael Connelly (if you love mystery/thriller and love Edgar Alan Poe, you gotta check this book out!)

▻ The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas by Ursula K. Le Guin (she's my literary icon!)

▻ Intensity by Dean Koontz (one of the best mind-bending psychological thrillers out there, seriously!)

▻ The Voice of the Night by Dean Koontz (as you can tell, he's had a large impact on my writing journey. i read his works a lot during my teenage years :D)

▻ The Girl in Room 105 by Chetan Bhagat (he deserves mad respect for this work, honestly!)

ALSO the last but not the least, this is not a book, but... BTTM would be incomplete without Batman. Now you know where Mr. Bingo was inspired from xDD

This work is a bit of inspiration and quilt from all the mystery/thriller books I have read till now. Yes, there's more but I could only think of these for now.

if there's any more badges/reviews i will update it here. but for now... BTTM is marked complete and i am happy for the opportunity i was given.

i think i like to keep it all in place and more for my reference than to brag that OH i have so many badges, its like creating an album of all the things that made me smile and going, "aww this is so sweet i am going to preserve it forever!"
