Chapter 8

Currently we all were sitting inside our tent taking instead of sleeping.

"You know guys, I want to see my past life." I said to them

"For real!!! I want to know about my past life." Nayeon excitedly whispered.

"I saw the famous celebrities trying the therapy where they get a glimpse of their before lives." Jeonghan spoke.

"Yeah! I heard a boy was tiger in his past life. But he used to work in circus and they used to beat him. He cried after seeing his past. I hope our past were good." Jisoo sadly replied.

"Let's go to the therapist to try that out. Maybe we might be connected." Joshua suggested.

"Moreover I think you and y/n are surely connected, you both share same birthmark." Seungcheol teased.

"Psychology says that, that birthmark you have right now are the scars which denotes how you died in past." Jeonghan shared.

"Did we both cut wrists or something?" I asked in a joking way.

"Ah let's not think about it now, let's sleep well for now." Nayeon off the lamp.

We all went to deep slumber, excited for the upcoming day.

Next day

All were eagerly listening to the professors as they were explaining the rules of treasure hunting.

Rules:

1. Teams must stick together.
2. Use the map and clues provided to find the treasure.
3. Return to the camp before sunset.

As the hunt begins, the teams spread out, following the clues deep into the woods.

While navigating through the forest, Y/N spots what seems to be a shortcut and decides to investigate alone, promising to catch up with the group. However, the dense forest soon becomes disorienting, and Y/N realizes she's lost. As the sun begins to set, a sense of panic sets in.

Meanwhile, Joshua notices Y/N's absence and decides to find her, knowing she might be in trouble. Guided by his instincts and concern for her, he ventures deeper into the woods. After what feels like an eternity, Joshua finds Y/N sitting on a fallen log, relieved but visibly shaken.

"Hey, are you okay?" He asked sitting beside her.

"I was scared that... that-"

"Shh I understand." He shushed and hugged her as he felt her body shivering.

"Let's go back to the group, they are waiting for us." He said and backed off a little bit to see her face.

I nodded.

At that moment, dark clouds gather, and a heavy downpour begins. With no shelter in sight, they find a large, sturdy tree to take cover under. As the rain falls, they sit close, trying to keep warm.

Under the tree, the tension between them eases, and they start to talk. Joshua shares stories to keep their spirits up, and Y/N admits her fear of being lost. The vulnerability creates a bond between them, and Joshua gently reassures her that they'll find their way back together.

The rain slows to a drizzle, and the night is filled with the sound of raindrops and the rustling leaves. Joshua takes Y/N's hand, giving it a comforting squeeze. They look into each other's eyes, and the unspoken feelings between them become clear. In the tranquility of the forest, they share a tender moment, a promise of something more.

When the rain stops, they navigate back to the camp, where their friends, worried but relieved, welcome them back. The treasure hunt may have ended, but for Joshua and Y/N, a new adventure has just begun.

The group sat outside their tent with fire burning inbetween. Cooked marshmallows smell spread.

"Yummy.." Nayeon admited as she bites on her cooked marshmallow.

"So, I suggest that we should go to the psychologist to see the past." Jeonghan said.

"Yup! Let's do it." I replied.

Soon the camp came to over. The group has alot of fun, experiencing and studying about the place. In those days y/n and Joshua found them getting closed, a attraction in their eyes towards each other.

They both find out that they had alot in common. They found themselves going on friendly date after the camp. Their friendship increasing in a different way as in they wanted to be more than friends but no one wants to admit it first. To shy to make the first move.

"It's obvious that you both like each other." Jisoo nudged her elbow.

"Hehe, I don't know about him but I surely do like him." I replied.

Currently we were shopping. Girls shopping though. No boys were present with us.

We three spend the time shopping, eating and again shopping. Nayeon was too obsessed with it that she had to pay alot of bill.

We soon return to our own houses. Jeonghan send a message that we will be going to psychologist tomorrow at 4.

I was quite excited for it but scared too. I didn't wanted my past to be horrifying.

Thinking about the tomorrow's event I went too sleep.
