I wake up feeling movement from under me. I groan and swat at whatever is awaking me from my rather peaceful sleep. I hear a quiet laugh and instantly open my eyes once I realize its Cole.

"Where are you going?" I grumble while I wipe the sleep from my eyes.

"I got pack work to do. I will be back before dinner." He says with a sad smile and I frown.

I almost forgot he was an Alpha and has a pack to run. I just assumed we would get to spend all of our time together but now that I think about it we won't be able to.

I'm not one of those clingy girls who always need to be around their boyfriend but that doesn't mean I am too happy about being away from him. Especially since I don't know too much about his pack yet.

"I'm sorry Harmony. I really wish I could stay with you but I can't." He leans down and kisses my forehead.

"I understand. You're and Alpha of a very powerful pack. You have stuff to do. I can keep myself occupied for a while." I give him a small, reassuring smile.

"Actually you won't have to. I talked to Garet and he said he would be more than happy to hang out with you today. It seems you two really hit it off yesterday. Should I be jealous?" He asks with a grin.

"Oh definitely." I laugh and lean up to kiss his lips. He lets out a small growl and I smirk.

"I'll see you later. I love you." He says against my lips and walks towards the door.

"I love you too." I call out and shove my face back in my pillow.

"Oh yeah, I think you got something on your neck." He says and I can practically hear the smirk on his his.

Something on my neck? What is he talking about?

Just then all the events from last night come crashing back and I jump out of bed and run into the bathroom.

There it is.

My mark.

I stand there for a good ten minutes just staring at it.

Cole marked me. What would my friends say? What would my parents say? I don't think my dad would be to happy but I can't help but think my mom would be ok with it. With us.

"Harmony are you ready for our big day out?" Garet walks in the room and says.

"Harmony? What are you- oh. Wow. He marked you." He says somewhat happy and somewhat shocked.

"I'm so happy for you two!" He yells and tackles me in a bear hug. I laugh and hug him back. I'm so glad Cole dressed me in his t-shirt last night or this would be super awkward.
