Chapter 9: On the ship pt.2

Also how everyone day anyways back to our story and also am trying to write this I know I ain't as good as the old writer but am writing this cause I want to so bare with me please.

Covenant remaining: 6,500 in total

Elites: 1,600
Hunters: 1,300 but only 100 are up and still roaming the ship

Jackals: 1,900
Grunts: 800
Brutes: 900

*Kat steps up some burnable material to make a fire while six grabs 1 elites and 2 jackals and 2 grunts dead bodies and drag them to her*
"So what are we eating today kat"*six says* "what you expect me to cook"*kat response back as she starts the fire* "yes I thought you knew how to" *six says as he drops the dead bodies*

"well I don't, I only know how to eat a MRE and how to heat one up how about you" *kat tells him with a annoyed tone.* "Welp kinda it's because I had to do many missions without having enough supplies and just to tell you that jackals are the most delicious they taste like chicken, elites taste like snake and grunts taste like lobster but I only know how to make them into jerky or just a piece of cooked meat or a soup but not full on cook them delicious" *six says as he heads to kat.*

"What about brutes what do they taste like" *kat says* "they taste like shit the meat is too tough and very chewy also not very good" *six says* "So the entire time we are gonna be here trying to clear this battle cruiser spaceship we will be eating jerky and what about water" *kat says with a very complain tone* "hey look I found a tap" *six says and scans the tap* "and it's clean water looks like the convenat wash there vehicles and the ship with it" *six turns the knob and cleans his face* "let me see and you go cook lieutenant chief" *kat says as she goes to six and wets her face and cleans her face* "yes ma'am" *six goes to the fire but then he notices a door and a writing thar said garden and the door was behind the fire and six walks to it and pulls on it and* *as the door opens and inside was garden with vegetables and some fruits plants inside and a grunt inside and some herbs*

Bob the grunt: "Don't shoot please and don't harm my garden" *bob gets on his knees and puts his hands up* please demons don't harm me or my garden. *Kat ran to six with her magnum out* "what happened six oh it looks like we missed one" *she aims the gun at bob* *six gets in front of her* "wait kat look he has a little graden and he doesn't have a weapon also think about it we don't know how to take care of a garden only he does let him live" *six says as Kat lowers he gun* "fine since you are right lieutenant" *she put her magnum away* "but make sure he doesn't do anything suspicious and hurry and go cook" *kat say as she goes back to the tap and starts washing her armor with just water.*

(Author note in between the story: I need to add a way for our spartans to eat and drink since their armor can't sustain them unlike the spartan two mjolnir armors so I came up with this)

*Six turns to bob and says* " what your name grunt" *bob answers his question with a scared voice* "bob is my name" *six then answers* okay bob am gonna grab some vegetables and some other stuff." "of course demon please takes some and don't harm me" *bobs says as he is  scared for his life* "also demons I overheard your problem about cooking food and here I found this when I was deployed in reach I took this cause I was interested in human food" *bob hands six a cook book* "thanks bob" *six grabs some vegetables, herbs and some fruit and goes back to the fire* "time to cook" *six says as he pulls out Emile knife and start cutting the  convenat dead body's* "thankful the bullets went through otherwise we wouldn't be able to eat this" *six says as he cuts two pieces of jackal thigh and cuts the skin off and puts a metal stick through the meat and hang it over the fire* *then he takes the dead elite helmet* "this could make a good pot and according to the cookbook to make chicken soup but instead of chicken i have to use jackal" *as six goes to the tap pours water in it and goes back and chops some vegetables and add some herbs then cut sone more of the jackal put is in then he put the elites helmet on the fire and six goes to kat to see what see doing* "hey kat what you doing" *six says as he approaches* "just cleaning and trying to improve our armor by adding upgrades from the stuff of the convenat" *kat says as she scrubs her helmet with just water and a piece of cloth* "what smells good" *kat says as she sniffs the air* "cooked jackal and jackal soup" *six says* "welp am go serves us come sit next to me near the campfire" *six hold his hand out to her* "okay six" *kat says as she grabs his hand and six pulls her up.*

*Six and kat sit next to the fire and six rips off the elites shoulder pads to use as bowels and plates* "you hungry" *as six says when he pulls the jackal meat off the metal stick and puts it on the makeshift plat (elite shoulder pad)* "yea" *kat says as she grabs the makeshift plate of the elite and starts eating the jackal meat* "this is alright" *as Kat says while eating the jackal meat and six as eats* "wanna have some soup" *six says as he grabs the makeshift bowl* (elite's helmet)* "sure but how can we eat that without any spoons" *kat says* "we can use the armor part they use to cover their mandibles" *six says as he rips of the elite's armor that were on the elite's mandibles* "there see we got spoons now" *six says as he hands her one of the makeshift spoons (armor that was on the elites mandibles)*

*They finish the soup and seal the door to the garden just in case and they go to their makeshift bed* *six lays on the floor beside the makeshift bed* "lieutenant what are you doing" *kat says as she sits on the makeshift bed* "sleeping on the floor ma'am" *six says as he yawns* "no your not lieutenant come join me in bed" *kat says as she blushes* "is that a order or request kat" *six says while staring at her* "both but mainly a request" *kat says as she looks away blushing and she puts her hands out* "you don't me to be lonely do you" *kat blushes more at what she said* "okay kat I join you in bed" *six get on the bed and cuddles with Kat* "night kat" *six says as he closes his eyes* "night six" *kat says and she puts her head on his chest*

*Both spartans fall asleep together holding on to each other*

Commander elite: Hey RedZone you got your 100th mission for tomorrow

RedZone: "me again why can't the other elite do it"

Commander: "just shut up and listen okay so tomorrow you are to go investigate what happened to the loading bay and I assigned only you to go so good luck" *as the commander leaves he smirks*

RedZone: *whispers* "why is it always fucking me oh yeah I know why it's for my wife you pieces of shit fine I just have to survive so I can go back to her *RedZone gets into his room and lays on the bed and kiss the picture of his wife and goes to bed*

Author note: To clarify why RedZone going alone is that a lot of elites even high ranking elites are jealous of RedZone cause of his wife because RedZone wife is in the top ten of the prettiest and strongest female elites and so a lot of male elites want her to carry their children but they can't since the only one who can give her a child is RedZone since she is married to him so the other elites have been sending him on dangerous mission so he can die and they can get his wife but RedZone has been surviving every mission handed to him also his wife name is Luna and yes I do know female elites lay eggs.
