Chapters 5. Are You Afraid Of Me?

This chapter hase some  German in it. I'm still learning so if I made a mistake please tell me.

1I slowly open my eyes, groggily taking in my surroundings. I'm in the medical room, lying on a bed with white blankets.

My body aches all over, and my head is wrapped in a bandage that's making my ears uncomfortable.

I look around. Ghost is sitting in a chair next to the bed. Memorys hit me like a wave of what he hade Done to me. How he beat me.

I pull off the blanket and I try to sit up, but a sharp pain shoots through my ribs, making me gasp. Ghost, who was sitting in a chair next to my bed, suddenly wakes up and towers over me.

"Go to sleep," he demands gruffly. I shiver at his tone, my dry throat making it hard to speak.

"Sir...can I get some water, please?" I whisper faintly, my lips cracking from how dry they are. He looks at me with a serious face and slowly walks over to a nearby counter on the other side of the room and returns with a glass of water.

He holds the glass out to me. As I try to take it from him, my hands shake so much that I nearly drop it. He takes the glass back and gently brings it to my mouth, helping me drink without spilling a drop. Some of the water trickles down my chin, but I'm too weak to care.

Don't ever try to run away again he said with a cold expression.

I nod in response.

Now go Back to sleep. I lay back down on the bed the pain still burning in my ribs like flames. I shudder form the pain. It's hard to fall asleep with the pain.

At least an hour Later I still can fall asleep because of how uncomfortable I am and how much it hurts.

Why are you still awake.
Ghost's voice brakes the silence in the room.

Just then König enters the room.

Sir may I have a word with you. König's voice is soft and gentle.
I turn to face him and Ghost.

What is it. Ghost barks at him.

König hesetats before speaking.

König : Ich will das Mädchen kaufen.

Ghost : Nein. Sie ist mein Eigentum

König : Befehl von Kapitän Price, daß Sie sie mir geben. Du bist zu gewalttätig mit ihr.

I look at Ghost and König. I have no idea what they are saying but Ghost does not sound happy.
The tension in the room is thick and I can't help but feel uncomfortable with the situation.

Ghost gets up from his chair nearly letting it fall to the ground and storms past König out of the door.

König walks over to me and stands next to the bed. His face covered with a long black cloth mask and only his cold Blue eyes visible looking down at me.

I feel small and weak with him towering over me. I open my mouth to say something but was cut of by König.

Are you afraid of me.
