Nighteater is attempting to detonate a bomb designed to eradicate all organic matter in the vicinity.

Nightwatch uses his agility, gadgets, and combat skills to try and stop Nighteater. Their dialogue reveals a deep, personal history and animosity.

Nightwatch manages to disarm Nighteater and prevent the bomb from going off, but not without sustaining some injuries.

With the bomb defused, Nighteater retreats, vowing that this isn't over.

Nightwatch stands amidst the destruction, relieved but wary of the future threats Nighteater poses.

The scene transitions to show the city returning to normalcy, with emergency services arriving and people starting to clean up the aftermath.
