Backstory: Tobey Ashkettle grew up on the streets, living a fast and dangerous life. He was a natural-born speed demon, known for racing cars and motorcycles through the city streets, always looking for the next thrill. But his life took a dark turn when he was caught in a race gone wrong—one that claimed the life of his best friend and nearly ended his own. Wracked with guilt and rage, Tobey found himself on a path of vengeance, targeting the criminal organization responsible for the accident.
One fateful night, during a violent confrontation with the gang, Tobey's life was forever changed. A mysterious figure—later revealed to be a demonic entity—offered him a deal. In exchange for his soul, Tobey was granted unimaginable power: the speed and hellfire of a Ghost Rider, with the lightning-fast reflexes of a speedster like The Flash. Consumed by vengeance, Tobey accepted, transforming into Hellraiser, a supernatural being with the speed to rival any racer and the fire of hell itself to exact brutal justice on those who dared to cross him.
Powers/Abilities: Hellfire Manipulation: As the new Ghost Rider, Tobey can summon and control hellfire, a mystical flame that burns the souls of the wicked. He wields this fire in combat, hurling it as fiery chains or coating his body and weapons in it to deal devastating damage.
Supernatural Speed: Hellraiser has speed beyond mortal limits, rivaling that of speedsters like The Flash. Appearance: Human Form: In his human form, Tobey looks like your average street racer—wild hair, leather jacket, and a confident smirk. He often wears black leather, with a flame design on his jacket, hinting at his fiery alter-ego.
Hellraiser Form: When he transforms into Hellraiser, his skin burns away to reveal a flaming skull. His leather jacket becomes fused with the hellfire, glowing with molten cracks, and his eyes burn with the infernal flames of vengeance. His motorcycle undergoes a similar transformation, its wheels and engine roaring with hellfire as it tears through the streets.
