Dream Girl.

Busted! part two.

"Ok,Gina I think you are totally insane!" I told her after she laid out her plan. We were in the staff cafeteria taking small sips of coffee each. I loved coffee. It was my favourite drink since elementary school. It is one of the things I learned from dad.
'The love for coffee.'

Gina on the other hand only drinks it to boost her mind. At the moment she looked tired and weary and yet,here she was telling me a plan that was to be held at 2am or something like that!
Don't you think it's insane?

"It's the only chance we have. The files are to be submitted tomorrow." She told me.
"Can't I just sit and wait for tomorrow?" I whined.
"I thought you got an F?" She said coldly. Ouch!
"Ok. What about surveillance cameras? Am sure they have those around here. Didn't that occur to you?"
"I've all that worked out sourmilk!" She patted my shoulder. "You just have to sneek into the office, switch the papers with the well written one in GiRosa's version and all is well!" She smiled while I sighed. "Trust me Rosa,this job is totally yours!"
"I feel bad having to drag innocent people into my mess." I shifted my gaze to my coffeee cup.
"Come on!" She held my hands into hers. "Am just doing what anybody could have done for someone they love."
Was this really Gina talking?
"Am greatful that you love and care about me Gina because I feel the same way too but I wasn't talking about you." I gave her an amused look.
"You little....." She paused to gimme a suspicious look then leaned on the table and signaled me to come closer. Foolish me I did and she attempted to strangle me when I managed to dodge her clutches. "Who are you talking about then? I thought I was the only one in your life?" She whined dramatically.
"Am sorry but there is someone else." I stopped stared her for sometime and we both burst into a laugh. "Oooww baby!" I gazed at her. "Ooww darling." She gazed back.

It was our inside joke. As in, Gina was my baby and am her darling. More like we are a couple....but we actually aren't. If anybody knew less,they had think we are lesbians!

"Ok darling time to get back on duty." She smiled at me as she walked back to her desk and I followed.
I waited for her until the end of her shift which ends at 7pm.
"Let's go agent D!" She smiled at me after organizing her table into a neat order. In had spent half the day sitting beside Gina as she did her job. She looked so official and not like the crazy,joyous and flamboyant Gina that I was used of. I envied her and that pushed me into wanting the job even more.

"I just confirmed with Jim and he said that the big boss won't be here tonight. He didn't call the barista."
"Barista? What for?"
"Frequent coffee supply. He is a coffee tank. The love he has for coffee is beyond measure. He also owns several coffee shops here in the country."
"Cool!" I exclaimed. We shared something in common. "I totally want to meet him!"
"Get the job and you will meet him and maybe have a coffee date." She finished with a shrug. OK, that was not what I had in mind but it still sums up to another reason on why I should join Gina in her insane plan. Not the date...the coffee is what matters.

"Gina,I really want this job!" I squeaked.
"Then let's go have a rest and get ready for tonight's mission agent D!"
D for Da Vinci.
"Yes agent G!" We giggled and walked out of the enormous SH building to our cars.
Yeah,we left separately but headed for the same destination. Gina's apartment. It was half an hour or less drive from where she worked...not a big distance.
I parked my car in the apartment's parking lot next to Gina's car. She owned a red jeep and I had a blue one. We could have been neighbours but I had no enough money to rent an apartment. What I earned from my mother's grocery shop was barely enough.

"Welcome to my humble home agent D." I rolled my eyes in a dramatic manner and bowed in curtsey. "Thank you agent G."
"It's a pleasure to have you here,please do feel at home." She put in a slight British accent.
"The pleasure is all mine,señorita." I tried to speak in a Spanish accent before we both into laughter.
"I'm exhausted." She dropped her body on the couch then placed her hand on her flat tummy. "And hungry." She finished.
"Take a rest my baby lifeboat." I stood up from my comfortable position. "I'll go make dinner while you take a nap,OK?"
"Yes,nanny." She pouted her lips. I smiled and walked into the kitchen.
By 8:30pm to be exact,dinner was set and we started eating merrily as we watched MTV base.
"I love that song Rosa! Turn up the voice."

It was a Chris Brown song 'fine China.' "You are obsessed with the man Gina."
"Shouldn't I? Ever seen anybody dance like he does? He is damn awesome!"
"He has a child. Give up!" I laughed at her. "I could always be the step mommy." She beamed.
"Please eat? I don't want to utterly ruin your fan spirit."
We ate the rest of the meal chatting on different matters rocking the night away.
