Tsukauchi was contemplating suicide. Maybe he should ditch the papers and hit the roof instead. He grumbled as he let his head fall into his hands. He let his tired eyes that riveled aizawas slide towards the scattered paper on his desk.

Recently he was set on figuring out about the new vigilante. The concept of a vigilante roaming around playing hero because they where rejected by the government wasn't uncommon. Rather it was really common. Usually a person or some kid finds a video online about heroism being cool, they take inspiration and once they learned what a kick and punch was, they'd deem themself qualified to become a pro hero, but once they get rejected for very obvious reasons, they play in the road. Worst case they get hurt, best case they get traumatized and stop.

In conclusion the HPSC never assigned him to vigilante cases, so this was a new. It wasnt hard to understand why they did it though, This new vigilante they called 'nekonome' seemed to be ruining the heroes representation effortlessly. He barely was caught on camera yet the statement he made was clear. He could do better than the pros.

Tsukauchi didnt have anything to work on. No clues, no pictures, no nothing. The only photographic evidence he held was the few little green blurs. other than that he had to rely on statements he received. Which wasnt much at all.

What was worser was that anyone who did see him, said he was rather small. One of the villians who was in absolute shock when they brought him back, Immediately began complaining about how a kid defeated him. Now he couldnt really trust what the drugged criminal said, however if what he said was true. Than things where worser than what they seemed.

First of all why was a kid risking his life in such dangerous situation. The villains he was dealing with where no small shot. Heck, even pros would have a hard time. Yet even when dealing with these villains he didnt leave even a hair of evidence.

 Well maybe he was bald.

Tsukauchi worked for the government, yet that didnt mean he agreed with them through everything. What the HPSC ordered him to do was to- and he quotes "get the criminal, and lock him up." Yes Tsukauchi wanted to find this kid more than anyone, but he didnt want to throw him into a cell. He probably has reasons for what he does. Tsukauchi just wanted him to stop risking his life.

Although he didnt want to admit it, he kind of agreed with the audience as well. It was true nekonome did way better than most pro heroes. A part of him took a liking to this new vigilante, and he didnt want to see him destroyed by the system. So tsukauchi took it apon himself to deal with nekonome.

Just then a knock was heard.

"come in" Tsukauchi replied.

He didn't have to look up to know who it was.

"You look like shit." Said a gruff tired voice.

If tsukauchi was tired, than this man was dead. Tsukauchi lifted his head, his eyes meeting blood shot red.

"Aizawa" he said in acknowledgment.

Eraserhead nodded and averted his attention to the apparent mess on the table.

"They gave you work on the new vigilante?" He asked seemingly amused.

Tsukauchi was too tired to reply so he let the silence do his job.

"This should be easy for you then. Its below your criteria" He said more in a manner of statement than questioning.

"They say he's just a kid aizawa. A kid, and they want to lock him up." Tsukauchi all but complained.

A hum of acknowledgment was heard as Aizawa began moving to the coffee machine. Tsukauchi continued.

"I dont know if what they say is true, but I dont want to risk it. Not to mention I have next to no evidence on anything. I cant find anything!"

And than it clicked for tsukauchi.

The only reason why he couldnt find any evidence was because he just wasnt looking properly. Why should he question what he receives, when he can send some to find answers instead.

Aizawa shivered as he felt piercing eyes watch him as he innocently took his disgustingly dead coffee.

No. Aizawa didnt want to do any extra work.

He continued to pretend he didnt feel anything and ignored any sign of danger.

"Aizawa."

Silence.

"I know this year you expelled your entire class, so that means your not busy, are you?" He questioned.

silence.

"Aizawa shota"

Aizawa sighed as he finally acknowledged the detective. "No, I am busy" He said gruffly.

"Please Aizawa, this isnt just for me. Its for the kid. You know how fucked they are, they'll probably destroy him if we dont get to him first." He pleaded. Aizawa grimaced, the detective knew him all too well. Although Aizawa graduated from a hero school, and was a teacher. He hated the government, he disliked most of the heroes, and if it weren't for his license he'd probably be a vigilante as well. So he could sympathies with tsukauchi, he as well knew how bad the HPSC actually was and he wouldn't be able to forgive himself so easily if he let the supposed kid fall into the palm of their hands.

"What do you know" he relented.

Tsukauchi lightened up at that. Victory.
