It was a cloudy Saturday in Colorado and in a attic somewhere Jake was playing guitar with a friend he was playing basket case by Green Day

"Right on man now all we need is a guy who can sing and I can only do backing vocals" said the boy

The boy has sandy brown hair and is wearing a white tank top and black jeans

"Same here but don't worry I know a guy who can sing he has a badass voice his name is Alex Coleman" said Jake

"Alex Coleman wasn't he in a band with his ex girlfriend and his girlfriend cheated on him" asked the boy

"Yeah he was but he's amazing I think he would be perfect for us think about it Dylan that would make us 3 dudes in the band" said Jake

"I want to hear his voice though" said Dylan

"Don't worry you will" said Jake

"Jake!! What have I said about that devil music!?!? No playing that in my home"a middle aged man yelled out

Jake rolled his eyes

"It's not devil music dad you wouldn't know what devil music is if it bit you!!" Jake yelled out "fuck off dad fuck you and your over religious bullshit" Jake said in a normal voice

"Your dad is a dick dude" Dylan said

"I know" Jake said

"Back on the topic Alex seems like a cool dude but his ex girlfriend is a bitch" Dylan said

"Don't worry man he won't be like his ex girlfriend" Jake assured him

Somewhere else in the urban area of Denver two boys around Dylan and Jake's age were walking through a alleyway

One boy has messy brown hair and is wearing glasses a Pantera t shirt and blue jeans and he is holding a bass while another boy has long black hair with red tips wearing a sleeveless Black Sabbath shirt and black jeans he was holding a pair of sticks he was also wearing eyeliner

"Well we're kicked out Max now what" the boy with long hair asked

"We weren't kicked out Josh we were rejected" Max said

"Oh yeah because we were too "sloppy" for the pussycat dolls we don't need them what a stupid name anyway they got rid of us for some girl with short hair and a guy name kit they didn't even play right" Josh said "even Lars Ulrich can play better than that Ken guy"

"Ugh true but hey you're right man we don't need them they can go fuck themselves we can form our own band we're cousins dude we got this I'll call Dylan and maybe we can work something out we share a few classes and we have a few jam sessions together I'll tell him this week" Max said

"Dylan? Hell yeah! Why the hell didn't we think about that" Josh said

"I don't know but we should've" Max said

At Alex's house he was playing guitar in his room until he hears his phone ring he picks it up

"Hello oh hey Jake Dylan? I don't know much about him oh really? Cool oh jolly rogue drive tomorrow then ok later" Alex said
