Heeseung watched as the onsite medical officers arrived and looked the girl over. In the back of his mind, he knew that there would be a lot of questions about his actions. It wasn't usual for an Idol to pick a fan out of the crowd and carry her away. But for now, his focus was on her.

She had taken his breath away the first time he laid eyes on her and straight away he had known that she was his soulmate. Ever since BTS had found their soulmate, Anna, he had begun to wonder what it would be like to find his own. He hadn't expected it to happen so soon, but that didn't make him any less happy about it.

If he could change anything, it would be her getting hurt. His soulmate got injured at his own concert. The moment of their first meeting was tainted with pain and his professionalism disappeared as his aim changed to helping his soulmate. His heart hurt every time he looked at her tear-filled eyes or saw her wince.

Heeseung was determined to stay with her, especially when he realised, she spoke no Korean. He couldn't leave his soulmate afraid and alone.

"Hyung!"

He turned to see his leader, Jungwon, running up to him with a look of disbelief.

"She's injured."

"What's going on? Never mind. Come on. We need to finish the concert."

"I can't leave her."

"What do you -"

Jungwon broke off as he stepped closer to Heeseung and the injured fan. Heeseung didn't notice as his leader's attention turned elsewhere.

"Jungwon, I - I..."

ENHYPEN's leader shook his head and put his focus back on Heeseung.

"The... The fans! We owe it to ENGENES to finish the concert. All of us."

"I know."

Seeing Heeseung's sullen expression, Jungwon placed a hand on his shoulder. Jungwon didn't want to leave either, but they had a job to do.

"We'll come straight back."

"Okay. I'll be back soon."

Heeseung directed his last statement at the girl and then the Idols walked reluctantly away.

As the venue's medical officers continued their assessment, they determined that Georgiana's leg wound was deep enough to need stitches and her arm was broken. They called an ambulance to take her to the hospital for an X-ray and a cast. They carefully placed her on a stretcher, the pain in her arm making her wince with every movement.

The ambulance ride was a blur of flashing lights and sirens. Georgiana's terror grew as she realized the paramedics spoke very limited English. She felt isolated, unable to communicate her fears or understand what was happening.

By the time she arrived at the hospital, panic had set in fully. She couldn't do anything more than let them work trusting that whatever they were doing was for her benefit.

Under different circumstances, she may have been more impressed with how efficient the Korean hospital was. She was seen straight away. No waiting for hours. But she did worry about how much this was going to cost.

When she was finally settled in a hospital room, Georgiana reached for her bag, seeking the comfort of her phone and the ability to contact someone, anyone. But her bag was nowhere to be found. No money, no phone, no passport. The reality of her situation hit her like a wave, leaving her feeling utterly lost.

Back at the concert venue, Heeseung and Jungwon finished the show. As soon as the last note faded and the final bows were taken, they rushed off stage, eager to get back to the injured fan. They hurried to the area where they had last seen her, only to find it empty.

"Where is she?"

They found a nearby staff member to ask.

"She was taken to the hospital. An ambulance came and took her away."

Heeseung's eyes widened. His soulmate was alone at a foreign hospital where she couldn't speak the language.

Jungwon was also worried but was glad she was getting proper medical attention.

"Do you know which hospital she was taken to?"

The staff member nodded.

"Yes, she was taken to Seoul National University Hospital."

Another staff member joined them with a bag and a smashed phone in their hand.

"Another fan handed in her bag. Her phone must have been dropped."

Heeseung gestured towards the bag.

"May I?"

Looking through the bag he found her passport. Finally, he could find out her name.

"Gor-gi-anna?"

He sounded it out, unfamiliar with the combination of letters he saw.

Jungwon looked over his shoulder.

"Is that her name?"

Heeseung smiled.

"Yes, Georgiana. I'm going to the hospital. I'll take these to her."

Jungwon was starting to wonder why Heeseung was acting this way. At first, the leader had thought he felt guilty that a fan had been injured, but his actions were becoming more and more strange. However, Jungwon wasn't going to question it. He wanted - needed - to see the girl again.

"Let's go tell the others and Manager-nim."
