Jungwon was the last member to walk into the apartment. He was excited to see his soulmate and spend time with her in a comfortable environment.
"Heeseung-Hyung, I got our schedule cleared for tomorrow."
It hadn't been easy to do on such short notice, so the leader expected Heeseung to look a little more excited.
"We need to talk."
Jungwon looked around the room and saw Niki and Georgiana talking. The leader did a double take and watched the youngest member of their team look unusually animated.
"What happened, Hyung?"
Heeseung nodded towards his room and Jungwon and Sunghoon followed him.
"Sunghoon?"
Sunghoon looked a little caught off guard as Jungwon turned his focus on him.
"I, er, I met G..."
"Georgiana."
"I met Georgiana."
"And? Is something wrong?"
Sunghoon held his hands up.
"No! No. She - we - She's my soulmate."
"Huh?"
"Georgiana is my soulmate too."
"So, Georgiana has three soulmates?"
Heeseung cleared his throat.
"Four."
Jungwon's eyes widened.
"Four? Niki?"
"Yes."
Jungwon leant on Heeseung's desk.
"Wow... that's, uh, I'm happy for you, Sunghoon-Hyung. I just... don't understand. Four soulmates for one person? Isn't that odd? We're not a soul-group."
Heeseung watched Jungwon go through an emotional rollercoaster and wondering if now was the right time to voice his speculations. Four out of seven of the group having the same soulmate was incredible odds, but why four members of ENHYPEN? Heeseung had a suspicion about that.
"Maybe not, but we might have been fated to end up together."
Jungwon frowned.
"What do you mean?"
Sunghoon looked at Heeseung in shock.
"The others haven't met her yet."
"Who hasn't - oh!"
The room was silent for a few minutes. They were all thinking about what to do next. Should they invite the others over right now and see if they're right?
At the sound of the front door, the three members in Heeseung's room looked toward the door.
Meanwhile, Niki and Georgiana had been getting to know each other as much as they could with her very limited Japanese.
"How come you're learning Japanese?"
Georgiana stared at Niki. He had spoken way too fast for her to understand.
"Huh?"
"Why learn Japanese?"
"Oh! Er, fun and visit Japan."
Niki leaned forward and spoke slowly.
"You want to visit Japan? "
"Yes."
"I can take you! I'll show you all the best places."
"Go, together?"
"Yes."
Georgiana looked down and picked at the cast on her arm. It was a lot to take in. She now had four soulmates - four Idol soulmates - and one of them was talking about them travelling together. Her life was about to change, and it was scary to think about.
At the sound of the front door, she looked up. Another member of ENHYPEN walked in, running a hand through his hair as he did so. When he noticed Niki and Georgiana, he paused before connecting the dots on who the strange girl in their apartment was. He approached them and held out his hand.
"Hello. Nice to meet you. I'm Jay."
"Hi. I'm Georgiana."
She reached up and took Jay's hand.
Heeseung, Sunghoon, and Jungwon walked in to see Georgiana and Jay staring at each other.
"Looks like it's five."
Jay released Georgiana's hand and stepped back. Looking around, he spots the others.
"I... what's going on? Heeseung-Hyung? Isn't this -"
Heeseung put his hand on Jay's shoulder. It should've been easier to say this time but explaining that they all shared a soulmate was such an unexpected concept that it got stuck on the tip of his tongue.
"Yes, but she's..."
"Georgiana is Heeseung-Hyung's soulmate, and Jungwon-Hyung's, and Sunghoon-Hyung's, and mine, and I'm guessing yours, Jay-Hyung."
Jay stared down at the youngest and then his eyes flickered over to Georgiana.
"Oh."
"Someone should call Jake and Sunoo. It's not fair to leave them out of this."
A few minutes later the last two members of ENHYPEN joined them. Jake was taken aback to see everyone gathered together.
"What's going on?"
Sunoo rubbed his eyes.
"Yeah, I was already in bed."
Jungwon and Heeseung looked at each other. The leader and the oldest weren't sure who should take the lead on this. While it wasn't work related, it did involve the whole group. Jungwon nodded and Heeseung took a deep breath before stepping forward.
"This is Georgiana. She's our soulmate."
Jake's eyes widened.
"Our?"
"Well, definitely the five of us, but do you...?
Jake took a minute to process what Heeseung was saying and then looked at Georgiana. She looked so small surrounded by them all.
"Give her some space."
The Australian crouched down in front of Georgiana and held out his hand.
"Hi. It's nice to meet you."
She shyly gave Jake her hand.
"Hi."
Sunoo, who had stepped up behind Jake, gasped covering his mouth with his hand.
"Oh my god! This is amazing!"
Jake smiled at Georgiana making her swoon a little.
How was she going to survive having seven Idols as soulmates?
