Rizwan's pov

'Oh god' Rizwan thought as he looked back at Babar after almost gagging.
"I really mean it." Babar reassures him. With his ever-so comforting smile, he signals Rizwan to lay down back again.
"Thank you." Rizwan appreciates his feedback.
"Nah, it's not my wonder, it's yours, you deserve the praise." Babar feels relieved that Rizwan has started to slowly forget about his fear and is now going on with the conversation.
Rizwan smiles back again as in 'thank you once again'.
Rizwan lies down once again and opens without Babar having to say it. Babar smiles at him under the mask.

"It looks like you're having a cavity. A mild one." Babar says after examining, still trying to have a proper look at the site of pain.
"Wha-A cavieey(cavity)??!! " Rizwan says surprised and frightened with all the tools still inside in his mouth not caring about how he might look like. He knows he'll have to get rid of it by being under the knife. It will not be wrong to say that he is scared for his life.
"Nothing to worry about. It can be easily extracted without causing too much pain." Babar tries to calm him down as he takes all of his dental equipment out of his mouth.Rizwan gets up.
"Are you sure, doctor?" Rizwan asks fidgeting.
"Absolutely."

Babar stands up from his seat, takes off his mask, 'handsome' Rizwan thinks. He takes off his gloves and disposes the gloves and the mask. Babar sits back on his chair, his attention now completely diverted towards his impatient patient.
"So how long has it been? "Babar asks looking attentive.
"Uhh it started last week.I don't remember how tho." Rizwan states plainly.
"Hmhmm.Okay, any allergies? " The dentist questions.
"No, nothing until now has been able to affect me." Rizwan says somewhat sarcastically.
"That's because you're Riz-man the Superman, right? " Babar poses while softly laughing.
"Oh it's nothing. It's-just forget it." Rizwan says feeling shy.
"Okay, I'll make you an appointment for extraction, tomorrow at 8 o'clock in the evening. It will do, right?" Babar asks him in the simplest way possible.
"Yeah it should do. Well-but wait doctor, my match. I've a match tomorrow too." Rizwan asks worried that the appointment will probably interrupt the match.
"This is why I made it at 8:00 pm. The match should be over by then. " Babar says in the same calm voice, with a steady soft smile playing on his lips.
"Oh, I see. Thanks for your time, doctor. But wait what is the closing time of your clinic? Isn't it 8:00?!!?!" Rizwan almost feels like Babar is the umpire and he is the wicket-keeper on the field. That one wicket-keeper who keeps questioning the umpire's decision.
"Well, yes. But I can give you a favour as a fan of your 'pasli shot' supremacy." Babar says with a wink. Rizwan didn't know that his dentist would be a fan of his signature shot.

Rizwan takes the appreciation while thanking the dentist again and slowly making his way towards the door.
"Take care, I'll see you tomorrow." Babar reminds him.
"You too,doctor."

"Took you ages to finally come out." An almost asleep Naseem says, rubbing his eyes.
"Let's go, dumbass." Rizwan says annoyed. All he could think was how both brothers were opposites of each other. One, the dentist, calmed him and the other, pacer, infuriated him.
"Wait, wait, wait I didn't hear you screaming or anything. Are you really okay??!!! "Naseem asks with genuine concern in his tone.
"I am,you jerk. Let's go before your brother kicks us out himself."Rizwan states.
"Fine, and I'm really hungry, too. We should eat somewhere." Naseem says rubbing his stomach dramatically.
Rizwan just rolls his eyes and says,
"Nah the correction is some 'drive thru."
"Whatever you say, smarty pants." Even a sleepy Naseem won't stop bullying Rizwan.
