INT. JEDI TEMPLE PADAWAN ROOM - DAY

Ahsoka sits at a table with Barriss in Ahsoka's bedroom in the Jedi Temple. Ahsoka looks extremely bored. Barriss looks like she's biting back her tongue.

BARRISS
Ahsoka?

AHSOKA
Yes?

BARRISS
What are you doing tonight?

AHSOKA
Nothing really. Why?

BARRISS
Well...

Barriss looks off into the distance. She shifts in her seat.

BARRISS
Are you going to see the clones? You do that often, right?

AHSOKA
I could go see them tonight. Why do you ask?

BARRISS
I'd like to come along.

AHSOKA
To see the 501st?

BARRISS
If you think it's alright.

AHSOKA
Okay. That would be fun.

BARRISS
Ahsoka? What are your thoughts about the rule on attachments?

AHSOKA
Well, I've started to believe that friendships are necessary. Plus I think the war has... helped along certain... attachments. I don't think it's a bad thing.

BARRISS
I see how close you are to your men. My master always warns me not to get too attached.

AHSOKA
My master is very close with his men. I think it's what makes us one of the best army battalions out there.

BARRISS
That's true. Ahsoka... I have something to tell you. But you can't tell anyone about this.

AHSOKA
What is it?

BARRISS
I want to see the 501st tonight because... I... I want to see Fives.

AHSOKA
(almost laughs)
Fives?
(gets serious)
Do you like him?

BARRISS
(smiles)
He's so dreamy. And the way he seems to care about nothing. He's quite heroic.

Barriss puts her elbow on the table and sighs, staring off into the distance. Ahsoka has a wide grin on her face.

AHSOKA
Let's go see him right now!

Ahsoka stands up and pulls Barriss to her feet.

BARRISS
What! Ahsoka!

Ahsoka drags her out the door.

AHSOKA
He's gonna love this.

BARRISS
You can't tell him how I feel!

The door slides shut behind them.

INT. BARRACKS - EVENING

Rex sits with Echo and Fives in the ARC's barracks. All three of them are dressed only in half their armor, and just their blacks cover the top of their bodies. Fives scrolls on a holopad as Echo and Rex clean their weapons. It's a quiet night.

The door slides open, revealing Ahsoka with a smirk on her face. Barriss hides off to the side. The clones can't see her.

The door shuts behind Ahsoka. She bends over them with a serious look on her face.

AHSOKA
You need to listen to me and do everything I say.

FIVES
(looks up)
Agh, Commander, we're on leave. Do you really have to bother--

AHSOKA
--You don't understand. I have someone waiting outside.

They all stare at her, confused.
