"What the fuck" Jake says surprised as I filled him on the whole thing.
"That's cool. So like it's all fake" Nate says intrigued.
"You guys won't tell anyone" I ask.
"I would never do that to Mason or you" Jake says to me as he raises his hand to swear to it.
"I would never" Nate says offended that I would even question that.
"Thank you guys. And thank you for understanding. Mason is being so helpful to me and maybe you guys could be helpful in one way or another" I say to them.
"Anything and I mean anything you need and I'll help" Jake tells me.
"I'm just along for whatever happens" Nate says.
"Aaawww thanks guys. You are just the best and just thank you. This whole thing is sooo stressful but you know it'll be okay" I tell them.
"It'll all work out" Nate says. I smile to them as I hug them individually as best as I can for being in a car.
"I guess have to find Mason now and figure out the whole Blake thing. He better have made Blake really believe it. I need this to work on him most importantly" I say worried. The pilot seat car door swings open as Mason jumps into his seat. This happens quickly as it spooks me.
"God you scared me" I say.
"My bad. Did you tell them" he asks as he points to them.
"She did and I'm sorry for being mad" Jake tells him.
"I'm sorry too. But we are here for anything Mason" Nate adds.
"Thanks guys, I'm sure we'll need it. And thanks for like understanding and shit" he says to them.
"I'm sorry to interrupt your bestie recovery but what happened with Blake" I ask quickly.
"Oh okay. So well I told him that we've been talking for about a month and that I needed you to prove that if someone was also into you, you wouldn't cheat or something misogynistic like you needed to prove something to me. I told him I made you do it to him, Jake, and Nate and stuff. I think he believed it and that Jake and Nate were witnesses to this and stuff. To ask them. I think it's working" he says to us.
"So why are we still in here? We need to be your witnesses" Jake says as he quickly opens the door.
We all rush inside and spread out into different groups without suspicion. Ava and Nate would be talking by the pool for Nate to find first. Jake and Angie would be bickering by the cooler for him to find second. Then Mason and I would be in the corner to be found last and to be talked to and be able to explain last.
