In the quiet of the park, beneath the soft glow of the evening sky, I walked nervously, my heart pounding. I had always been wary of love, my past filled with distrust and disappointment. But tonight, I wouldn't hold back my feelings any longer.
I took a deep breath, gathering my courage, and began to speak, my voice barely above a whisper.
"I never thought I could feel this way. I've tried to keep my distance. Yet, every moment with you feels like a breath of fresh air," I said, turning to him.
