Cheetah Physiology: Through channeling the power of the plant god Urzkartaga, Barbara Minerva has acquired a cheetah-like humanoid physiology. Cheetah's powers emanates from the god Urzkartaga. Barbara is able to transform from her human form into the Cheetah at will, giving her the following powers:

Sendurance , speed , agility , reflexes , Enhanced Sense of Smell, senses , hearing and hand-to-hand combat skills , and cheetah physiology obtained from the god Urzkartaga.

Superhuman Strength: As an avatar of a god, Cheetah possesses great strength.

Superhuman Durability: Cheetah's physical durability is enough to withstand blows from the likes of Wonder Woman and Superman

SPEED

Cheetah possesses greater speed like the Flash (but she doesn't have the rest of the Flash's powers). Superhuman Speed: Fast enough to cut the Flash.

AGILITY

Cheetah's agility is enhanced far beyond normal human levels.

ENHANCED SENSES

Cheetah's senses are a lot more powerful than a normal human. She can tell if someone is mind-controlled by a smell.

Superhuman Agility : the power to possess greater agility, speed and balance than what is naturally possible for a human being

Super stamina: can run or fight for long extended periods of time, and this aspect of her powers stem further than that of Supergirl.

Superhuman reflexes: reflexes are so fast, she can respond to attacks within seconds she has overpowered the latter in hand-to-hand combat

Superhuman Durability: highly resistant to injury. invulnerable immune to conventional firearms, heavy artillery could not injure and can't kill her

Superhuman dexterity : the ability to balance and coordinate motion beyond human norms

Superhuman Endurance the ability to never get tired. ... metabolize at a rate that far exceeds normal humans allowing to continue in task for an incredible amount of time

Healing factor: she could regenerate physical damage to his body at an accelerated rate.

CLAWS & FANGS

Cheetah's claws and fangs are enchanted and allow her to cut almost anything. Even the flesh of superhumanly durable metahumans offers little resistance.

She can also see in the dark, on approximately the same level as an owl.

Cheetah "Infection": A kind of therianthropy she can "infect" others with, giving cheetah-like appearances and animalistic traits by biting them, including Kryptonians.(Possibly Formerly)

Weapons

God Killer (sword): Gifted to her by Luthor and modified with nanotech slaving it to her specific genetic pattern. The Cheetah now boasts an Eighth Metal forged weapon capable of slaying even the almighty, once broken by Diana after a new goddess of love had been chosen. It was last seen reforged by old magics at the hand of three mysterious entities after Barbara's imprisonment.
