Worried

First Day Part 2

Momo POV-
As me and Shoto were about to sit down and begin reading, a tall, muscular, blue haired, red eyed student walked over to us. "Yaoyorozu, if you do not already have a partner, would you pair with me?" he announced. "Oh my! I'm sorry Iida, i'm already paired with Shoto." i answered to him. "O-oh, my apologies-" Iida was cut off by a short, green haired girl walking over.

"I don't mean to interrupt in any way, but Iida if you don't have a partner you can come with me. Tokoyami is with Bakugo, so i'm left partnerless. " Asui stated to him. Iida brightened up and shook his head yes vigorously. "Again, sorry Iida. Let's partner next time!" I told him. He shook his head and walked away with Asui.

"But you're gonna partner with me next time?" Shoto pointed out to me as i pushed my desk to his. I looked up at him. He looked, confused? "Oh Shoto, I just told him that to make him feel a little better. If you'd like me to stay as your partner, i'll gladly oblige." i grinned at him. "Yes please." he murmured. "Well then! Let's begin reading!" i exclaimed. He nodded and we shared the book.

The school day zoomed by like nothing, and soon enough we were back at the dorms doing homework. At the dining table was me, shoto, izu and ocha, and finally iida. Bakugo was busy making dinner, and i know you're probably like bakugo? making dinner for everyone? Well yes, he lost a bet with Kirishima and is making dinner for everyone now. "Bakugo, if you want help i can watch over the stove for you. I'm done with my homework after all." i mentioned. "Tch, if you wanna help so bad then do it, ponytail." he replied rather calmly. "Woah Bakugo was nice for once!" i heard Ocha whisper to Izuku. "Hm i know, it's not like him." he responded back.

Come to think of it, Bakugos facial expression did look rather calm. I got up and walked over to the counter where he was and stared at him a little. "What do you want tall girl." he scoffed. Hm. Something was definitely up, he didnt cuss at me at all. "Nothing at all Bakugo! what should i help with?" i smiled. He rolled his eyes, "Just keep an eye on the stew and stir it every 5 minutes. Only three times then you can just let it sit for another 25 minutes, then stir it and we can serve all these losers." he advised.
He was being really weird, but i couldn't complain. I did as he told me, and before the third stir i decided to ask what he was doing since i was working on the stew. "What're you making?" i asked him. "Working on making the PERFECT rice because no one in here knows how. I do it best. So it takes a while, i have to keep fluffing it and letting it sit in the rice cooker." he added. "How nice of you!" i began. he rolled his eyes and i was gonna say more, but i noticed Shoto staring.
I decided to go and sit back down with him once i was done with the stew. "Hey momo, me Sero, Denki, and Bakugo are gonna go to Denkis dorm to hang after this, wanna come with?" Mina asked me. "Sure Mina! i'd love to, but why ask me all of a sudden?" i inquired. "Oh haha just because we haven't hung out in a while! And you look like you need to chill out a little..." she giggled. I was wondering what she had planned, and why she specifically chose Denkis dorm.
My thoughts were interrupted by a two toned hair boy waving a hand in my face politely.

"Momo?" he asked worriedly. "Oh i'm sorry! Yes what is it?" i addressed. "After you hang out with your other friends for a bit, would you come to my dorm to study with me? You're very good at it." he prompted to me. "Yes i'll be sure to stop by after about an hour or two!" i responded.

after dinner was finished I realized the foursome had left the table already and went to Denkis room. I helped by washing the dishes, which i thought Bakugo was going to do, but he had left. Todoroki helped me out and wiped off the counter as Izuku and Ocha put away the leftovers. "I'm off to hangout with those guys! Bye Izuku and Ocha! i'll see you guys later." i trailed off as i walked away.
