Touch me? Oh yeah, that sounds totally trustworthy. I should just touch the talking computer. Smart. Nothing else was said after that. Just the two alluring words sat on the screen. Waiting. Waiting for me.
"Okay, say I do touch you. W-Why? Why is this all happening. What's in in for me?" The words disappeared from the screen, and I lean closer in anticipation, waiting for my answer.
......"Touch Me"
UGH! This has to be the most stubborn computer of all time. Huffing in my seat I sit back again, eyes wandering over to the window. Still pretty late out... My thoughts stopped when I saw more green text from the corner of my eye. I lean over to read the smaller words that were being typed out under the obvious point "Touch Me". I reread them in my head, just in case anyone woke up.
"So you want to know? Why this is happening? Just touch the screen and I promise, you'll be in for a world of- H-help me....This town..the..secrets..It's not what..you must..sa-JOIN us.."
What-is this? It's like....two different people talking... Save us? What does that even mean!?!
"Look. I-I don't know what kind of prank you're playing here, but I have school in the morning. I don't have time for games.." Yeah, says the girl who got up just to play this game. Well, at least that's what I expect to do...
All other text vanishs from the screen again, and the two ominous words pop onto the screen again, bigger this time. I couldn't understand it. What kind of joke would be this elaborate? and why? I put a hand to my chest. Yep, my heart is definitely about to burst.This was like..something straight out of the movies, the stories, never like this..never-for real. I look around my house, not a sound could be heard now except for the quite hum of the computer. Everyone should still be sleeping. OK, fine. You know what? This is stupid. So I touch a computer screen, what's the worst that could happen? I'll touch it, nothing will happen, and I'll go back to sleep. Frankly, I could go without the game for one day, this was just too much.
I glare at the screen once more. All the talk I given was meaningless. As much as I tried, I couldn't get my arm to move. I am....afraid. Come on, you know this isn't real. I take a couple of breaths to settle myself, and bring my hand up to the computer. As calm as I think I am, I notice my hand shaking against the light of the neon letters. Heh...look at me. Love a good mystery, yet... chickening out now? No.
I spread my hand in front of the screen and begin to close the distance. I take one last look around and squeeze my eyes shut as I rush my palm to the screen. A blinding light flashes behind my eyelids, and then, darkness.
"Glad You Decided To Play. Welcome. To The Town Of Salem."

WE'VE DECIDED TO TAKE SOME NAMES.
Like you know, names for some of the people in the town! the names before like 'therealjesus' won't still be here, XD so you have 13 Names to fill! ( 2 are reserved) Just..not super long names. Nicknames are fine, Also, I have a pretty good idea for what I want each role to do in this story, so just PM (private message :p) us a name you would like to be in the town, and what role you want them to be. And if it's a nickname like le 'ACE', then you can put your real name in the PM to, or the real name of the character. Just so they don't just refer to them as like, "I...I can't believe you..betrayed me CookieSlayer14679..I'm so hurt."
XD SO preferably give us a real name to work with too. And if you want, list some personality traits or character appearance!
But other than that! We'll be taking names and role requests while the story goes on! And the A/N after each chapter will update you guys on which roles are filled, and if we need anymore. HOPE YOU ENJOY :33 (had to do that one for ya nep XD) Mew!
