Avenging Wonder (Avengers x Wonder Girl)

S1 E11: Hulked-Out Heroes

Instead of the episode starting at The Avengers Tower or in New York City, we see Black Widow and the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. Nick Fury in Istanbul, Turkey. They are currently making a escape from a AIM base with the soldiers blasting their laser at them.

They round the corner of a shipping containers but they run into a dead end.

AIM Soldier: "Hold your fire! We got them", the soldiers catch them at the dead end. 

"Put down the memory drive and maybe we'll let you live." 

Fury and Widow both turn to face them and the soldiers are shocked to see them and raise their weapons at them.

"Nick Fury?! Black Widow?!"

Widow: "Okay, now I know you're messing with me." She looks to Fury. "You could've handled a couple of MODOK's AIM goons with your other eye closed."

Fury: Looks to her. "I wanted to talk. You only return my calls when you smell a fight."

Widow: "That's not true." Fury looks at her with a knowing look and Widow gives in. "Okay it's true. What do you wanna talk about boss?"

AIM Soldier: "The memory drive!"

Fury: "This?" 

Fury holds out the memory drive and then tosses it in the air with Widow kicking one soldier and leg sweeping another. One goon tries to catch it but Fury double kicks two goons and punches the last one away. And effortlessly catches the memory drive.

Fury: "We need to talk about your new playmates. Two in particular."

(Avengers Tower - Living Room)

The scene switches to the main living room of the Avengers Tower we see Hulk and Hawkeye playing a shooting  video game. Hawkeye is easily playing while Hulk.....is having trouble mostly due to his giant green fingers and ends up breaking the controller.

Clint: "Just a game Hulk......That you lost...........To me.......Again."

Hulk: (Grunts)"Jerk"

(Back at the base)

Widow: "The Hulk is the Hulk. He growls, eats like a pig, and smashes." She says as she takes out more goons as they approach. "Pretty straightforward."

Fury: "And have you formulated a straightforward plan to take him out?" He says as he dodges laser fire and takes out another goon. "If he ever loses control?"

Widow: (Realizing something) "What did we just steal?"

Fury: "Under MODOK's leadership, AIM has been experimenting with gamma energy. If they can make a Hulk, SHIELD can reverse engineer the tech to stop a Hulk." 

Widow: "But Hulk's with us. And pretty sure Cass wouldn't be okay with that." She finishes this as more AIM goons arrive and fire their blasters at them.

The spy duo evade the blasters and jump onto separate crates, Widow jumps off doing a front flip while shooting knockout darts from her Widow's bite. 

She lands next to Fury.

Fury: "That brings me to the other playmate."

Widow's eye widen realizing that the other person Fury was talking about was Cassie.

(Avenger Base - Stark's Lab)

In the Stark's lab Tony and Falcon were teaching Cassie some tech work, they thought she was interested but Cassie was just using it as a way to throw her mom of her scent since Helena asked what is she learning from the "internship".
