I am still confused with how a vampire live, but I’m getting used to our routine. Sana took me around our territory, and she did everything to make me comfortable.
“Babe, I’m just thinking, what are the other’s powers, if you can do everything, why can’t you be strong?” I asked.
“Every Vampire has a curse, and that’s my curse, I can’t be strong, but I can do anything.” She said.
“How about Momo?” I asked.
“Momo's power is defense, she can protect everyone in her range, she can barely read minds, but she never learned reading minds, so she’s not that strong on that side, then her curse is she can’t track someone.” She answered.
“But Dahyun is the tracker.” I said.
“Yeah, and Dahyun's curse is she can’t protect someone, she can only protect herself.” She said.
“They really are perfect match…” I said.
“Your mate is the one holding your curse, so you should be together to be stronger.” She said.
“How about my grandmother?” I asked.
“She’s a healer… she can heal everyone with the meals she prepares for humans, heals vampires with her touch, but her curse is her attacks against enemies are weak.” She said.
“That means her mate is strong, but he couldn’t heal?” I asked.

They are still black bloods before, until they found Momo and Dad… Momo immediately knew that Dahyun is her mate, since Dahyun got her marker off when she pulled Momo for a fight, their relationship before isn’t really a lovely story…” She laughed.
“What now, Sana? Telling our love-hate relationship?” Momo asked and jumped on the balcony with Dahyun.
“Yeah… it’s funny…” Sana laughed again.
“I’m curious.” I said.
“Well… Dahyun is a very bad-tempered vampire before, since she’s a black blood, and changing her into a red blood caused so much effort, it took 10 years for her to stop snooping at night to eat humans.” Momo said.
Dahyun laughed and smacked her head and kissed her cheek.
“I love you…” Momo said to Dahyun.
“I love you too…” Dahyun said and pulled Momo in an intimate kiss.
“Girls! Get a room!” Sana yelled.
Momo and Dahyun immediately dashed away and left me and Sana again.
“Well… what’s my curse?” I asked.
“You can’t do anything, you’re just strong… but being strong here in the vampire world is everything, it’s either they will avoid you, or they will have an interest of killing you…” She said.
“Why?” I asked.
“Killing the most powerful vampires is like you being the most powerful too, and I know who wants that kind of attention.” She said.
“Who?” I asked.
“Jihyo…” She said with her eyes burning bright red.
“Maybe I’ll be the one killing her…” I laughed.
She didn’t laugh with me, and I knew this is something we should talk about.
“Something will happen?” I asked.
She nodded and smiled at me weakly.
“How much time do we have?” I asked.
“A month…” She answered.
I hugged her tight and she started crying in my arms.
“Babe, what’s going to happen?” I asked.
“You’ll lose me…” She said.
I hugged her tight and started crying also.
I can’t lose her, she’s everything I need right now, I need her to be my guide, to be Jeremiah’s mother too. I can’t do this alone.
“I’ll do everything I can… but that’s what’s the future for now.” She said.
