"That pink fucking looked hot on you Val." Daya said while we were having lunch and Fiona took a ton of photos of all three even send Ezra my photo through my phone. Heat crept to my cheek when the photo was seen. Daya bet for a sexy reply, but Fiona chose cute one, but he didn't reply at all which made those frowns. "He is useless in love." Fiona said making me pout and Daya leaning to her and whispering things. "Someone looks angry. Damn, she is feeling bad because I said bad about her boyfriend...omg!" I turned away and sipped my coke till they both laughed and Daya was the one to make pig noises while laughing.
"Guys...issue between me and Tony-" Daya began when Fiona ended the words by her own thoughts. "Don't tell me you're cheating on him, or he is." I sighed seeing her react to Fiona's words and even made me rethink once but they both are in love which shows that will never happen. "No, stop creating stories and listen to mine." We both nodded and waited for her to talk but that didn't end well when we heard a bang sound behind us. Fiona got up and loaded her gun and people started running here and there making a chaos.
"Stay low and call-" Fiona pushed me aside and the bullet flew beside my hair making me close my eyes. Daya reached the fire exit and called my name. I mouthed Fiona to be careful and ran towards the exit when few men blocked my way and closed the door making Daya locked there then turned to see Fiona under their grip and I am the only one standing free among them. One of them whistled and I took deep breaths because the level is rising to high. "Tsk, tsk...right Babygirl?" Who the freak is he and how does he know my name? Too many questions and fear covered me. "Need time to guess me?" That voice...Drake it's him again. Fiona tried to leave her grip, but they tied her hands and threw her gun few feet away. Daya banging the door, but no one cared about that.
My phone buzzed and Drake signaled me to take it and put it on speaker and I did as he said. Ezra was on the call and cries were tip of my mouth but held them back and wiped my tears away. "Love?" My words tied knot and they weren't coming out making me groan and Ezra to call my name few more times. "Who else is there?" He asked and Drake took the phone out of my hands and started singing. After few minutes he stopped, and I let my tears flow down my cheeks. "How pity if I say that she is crying mess here and wonder if the gaze still hurts?" He walked towards me and placed that gun to the same spot and pushed it making me yelp in pain. That still hurts then I heard Ezra yelling in anger other side.
"We have the deal so leave her." I heard him say and he chuckled hearing it. "My, my...the deal is her and leave Valeria to me then all closed." Drake said pulling me close to his chest and kissing my crown making me feel bad. "Not even in your fucking dreams." Ezra hissed and Drake's laugh grew louder making my heartbeat twice speed. Drake pulled out a cloth and covered my nose making me black out.

"Are you brainless?" I heard someone yell and found myself lying on a bed and a duvet covered my body making me feel safe inside that warm cloth. Where am I? I blinked few times to see Drake another woman standing with him and holding him by the collar. A cough escaped my mouth making them turn to me and that lady dropped me and sat beside me. Her hands raised making me flinch, but she didn't beat me but held my hand. "Valeria, right?" I nodded and she wiped my tear drop away and hissed at Drake and he left the room. "I know you can't forgive Drake's mistakes and I won't ask you to do so." She said making me give her a weak smile.
"I am Kacey, his sister." I hugged her and let my tears flow free feeling shame around me. Drake took me away from people who I love. "Crying won't help you dear." Kacey said cooing me and I saw my phone lying on the nightstand and asked her to take that for me. Battery remaining 10% and I scrolled to Ezra's number and rang him. He picked it in second ring, and I heard nothing from his side and Kacey excused herself to make me feel comfortable.
"Ezra?" Somehow that word escaped my mouth making him groan and breath. "Open your window and just jump." He said and hung the call making me confused. Just jump? From 30 feet tall window. Is he nuts? Kacey walked in and opened the window making me even more confused. "Jump dear and leave before Drake returns." I hugged her once again and looked down to see darkness and nothing else making me lean backward but he said to jump then there must be a reason. "Here goes nothing." I took the next step and jumped down...within seconds landed on something bouncy and all sudden felt a warmness around me as if someone hugged me.
"Ezra...thank you." He kissed me and sealed my mouth shut and picked me to the car parked by the trees. He buckled my seat belt, and I checked my wound which is cleaned and still proper. Kacey must have helped me when I was blacked out. "Kacey helped me." I said making him smile and I looked out the window and saw rain drops hitting the glass like stones. "Is Drake trying to kill me?" Ezra sighed and stopped the car and faced me. "Worse...my promise that I would never let you cry on my arms and keep you happy till end." He leaned closer and kissed my cheek making me blush and kiss his cheek.
"Fucking six hours he kept you and did he hurt you love?" I nodded saying no and thanks to Kacey he left the room. I wiped the tear away for Kacey because Drake might hurt her for letting me go. "Kacey is going to be okay." He was about to pull the car back on road, but I turned his face to me and crashed my lips to his making him kiss me back. I made a move first like Daya said and my toes curled when the kiss got hard.
"Don't let my control slip love."
"Let it..."
