AN - Author's Note

-Early Morning-

*Yawn* I finally woke up after my deep, deep slumber of a sleep. Like wow, I never had such a good sleep until now. My body felt so ready for the day. I got up from my bed and stretched a lot.

Me: Ooooo, my back and shoulders! I was trying to wake my bones.

I shaked after stretching and I greeted my plushie.

Me: What a wonderful day to you, my bun bun. It is a fantastic morning for me as I get to introduce a new menu for my cafe to bloom!

After rambling, I take a quick shower to freshen my body and mind, I like cold water so I can really be awake for the day to shine on me.I then go to my music box and played "Blue Lemonde" as I was changing my pajamas into a plain t-shirt with a cute brown cardigan, light jeans, matching that with my wonderful white shoes. I used hair gel to fix my hair and to fix the way I want it to be.

Me: Damn! I look so good, gotta fix this....and this...

I started to trim some of my hair because some of them are sticking and long so I carefully cut it. Don't worry, I know the basics of cutting hair so I do not mess up my hairstyle for today. Today, I'm fixing it so I can do the "two block cut". It is a popular hairstyle here so I wanted to try it for today.

Me: Wow! It looks good on me. Nice! I can go to my cafe looking very sharp.

I feel satisfied with the hairstyle today. I made sure to get ready to open the cafe,got my things needed for the day and locked the door of the 2nd floor for privacy. When I turned my back, I saw the rising sun as it shines in the quiet area of the cafe. Seeing the sun gives me the sign that today will be a good day.

As I go down the stairs from my personal space to the cafe area, I couldn't shake off the excitement bubbling inside me. Today felt different, as if something special was awaiting me.

Upon reaching the ground floor, I immediately went to the kitchen to prepare for the day ahead. Today was the day I would introduce a new menu item, and I wanted everything to be perfect.

I started brewing a fresh batch of coffee to keep me bright througout the day, the aroma filling the air with its rich fragrance. Next, I began working on the new dish I had planned – a twist on the classic Korean street food, gimbap. I added my own flair to it, incorporating unique ingredients to create a dish that would surely captivate the taste buds of my customers.

As I worked, I couldn't help but think about the mysterious woman, Hyunnie, who had visited my cafe last night. There was something about her that intrigued me, something familiar yet unknown. I wondered if she would come back today as she had mentioned, bringing her friends along.

Lost in my thoughts, I almost didn't notice the sound of the door opening, signaling the arrival of my first customer of the day.

Customer: Good morning!

Me: Good morning! Welcome to Reve Cafe & Shop. How can I help you today?

Customer: I heard you have a new menu item, is that true?

Me: Yes, indeed! Today, we're introducing a special twist on gimbap. Would you like to try it?

Customer: Absolutely! That sounds delicious.

I quickly prepared a plate of the new dish and served it to the customer, eagerly awaiting their reaction.

Customer: Mmm, this is amazing! The flavors blend together so well. You've outdone yourself, Haru.
