Chapter 8

3rd Person POV:

Alastor was surprised by this kiss but was also happy with it and began to hold Lucifer in his arms again but tighter. All his worries had disappeared and he was just glad to be kissing his short king. Alastor would end the kiss after a few minutes, and look at the king. The king was smiling and putting his hand on Alastor's face.

"Why are you doing this? Don't you realize what this could do to your reputation and relationship with Charlie? I'm not good enough for you, My Short King", Alastor said with a sad tone. Lucifer then pulled him into another kiss but this time just for second. He then grabbed Alastor's hand and kissed it too.

"Why, do you want to bring yourself down? I don't care what others think, I tried for a while to hate you because I wanted to stay loyal to the b*tch that left me. But, I couldn't stop the feeling of love that I had blooming in my heart for you. I love you Al and I want you to be mine", Lucifer said with all of his heart.

Alastor was shocked but still was happy with what Lucifer said. He hugged him tightly and for once in forever his smile started to lower. But, only for a second before the hurtful and controlling green strings pulled his smile back up. This made Alastor flinch and this made Lucifer worry.

"Al? Why did you flinch?", Lucifer questioned while having sympathy in his eyes. Alastor wanted to tell Lucifer but was scared of what he would think of him. Cause he told him about the green lines then he would have to explain his deal with Lilith. The person he hated most that made his hell life be miserable. She even made his new lover miserable too.

"I- uhm...", Alastor stuttered, he had never told anyone about the deal and his miserable life. Lucifer could tell Alastor couldn't tell him because his ears started to go down and smile slowly wanted to fade away. But, when Alastor stopped smiling again, the green strings came back and pulled his smile back up.

This time, though, Lucifer had seen them. He was worried why he wasn't able to stop smiling. "Alastor why do green strings appear to pull your smile back up, when you're not smiling?", Lucifer asked with worry.

"I'll tell you when I feel ready darling, I just don't think I'm comfortable in telling you yet," Alastor said trying to shut this conversation down. Lucifer nodded understanding, and then took Alastor's face again, and kissed his cheek. He smiled, he was glad to finally have Alastor as his boyfriend.

Meanwhile with Charlie, Vaggie, and Lucinda

"Charlie!! Do you want to hang out today?", Lucinda asked back in her normal and fake gleeful tone. Charlie was on the couch snuggling Vaggie while watching tv. Charlie nodded and patted the spot next to her and Vaggie. Lucinda walked over to the spot and sat down quickly.

"So... What made you want to hang out all of a sudden?", Charlie asked wondering why her fake glee was back. Lucinda looked at her then looked down. Should she tell Charlie about what happened between both their dads? Or is it best for them to explain? Lucinda quickly decided that they would tell her.

"Nothing! I just thought it would be a great idea to hang out! I was thinking about heading to Cannibal Town!", Lucinda said still gleefully. Charlie thought about it and agreed. She hadn't been there since before last extermination and thought it was a great idea to visit again.

"Sure! We can go there! This time I can show Vaggie around the town!", Charlie said gleefully back. Vaggie was half listening because she was tired. But, of course she didn't like the idea of going to a town of cannibals. Especially after hearing them talk about eating angel wings during when they were here before the last extermination.
