For the hundredth time, i sit here in the same spot
Letting your words pick me apart
Of what could have been,
How majestic your life would have been
If only I wasn't born

I let the words sink deep
Plunging a sharp material in my chest
My broken shards climbing up my throat and to my eyes
Turning into a stinging hot liquid streaming down my face
Strangling a broken sob

We've been here so many times, Mother
You told me how miserable your life is
And a child like me soaks up your pain
I had to be your refuge, someone who had your back
But mother, my exposed back is bleeding

Today you fought with dad yet again
Pointing fingers at me i hear your voice tear through the air
"You worthless, senseless child!"
Mommy, it tore right through my heart
"If you weren't born I won't have lived such life!"

I miss my mommy
I'm scared and lonely
Mommy I'm sorry for ruining your life
I promise I'll be good
So please, love me again
