Tyler fell to the ground after Mike swept his leg. Logan cringed at the look while ashlyn let out a small 'ouch'

"make sure to keep your legs in check" Mike spoke, helping tyler up.

On the side, Khalil and kaser were in the middle of their intense training, paying no mind to the others.

"Alright logan, you're up next." Mike spoke while Tyler went to sit.

"Your dad's brutal." Tyler started
"no one in the real world would take it easy on us, so he wouldn't either-" Ashlyn was cut off when..

Their heads snapped to Ashlyn's mom, and saw ben on the ground, Ashlyn and Tyler slowly looked at khalil and kaser. their eyes widen when they saw kaser's shoulder dislocated.

Khalil went up to kaser and relocated his shoulder, popping it and cracking it again.

"I might be even more scared of those two." Tyler spoke, staring at khalil.

"Okay how about we stop here for today?" Emma spoke,

Logan thought he was safe, but then he got necklocked by mike
"Don't let your guard down."

"you kids wanna come in and play games? I'll make sandwiches" Emma suggested while kaser and khalil walked over

"We can't, have to study for midterms."

"Ah, sorry to hear that. we'll just bring the sandwiches to you then."

"Study hard" Mike smiled before they went back in the house.
"That midterms joke was great"

"it wasn't a joke you idiot-" Tyler and khalil both spoke in sync.
"they're next week" Kaser continued.

Ashlyn turned to the side, hearing something clank. Khalil noticed her intense gaze and fixed her training gloves. Ashlyn stood up and started to walk while khalil followed.

Khalil slammed her fist on the bus, looking over with ashlyn, seeing a crow. Khalil softened and approached the crow, grabbing it and petting it.

Ashlyn paid no mind and looked around.
"what's up? did ya hear something again?" Aiden asked
"i thought i did, but it was just a crow."

"you got worked up by a crow?" Tyler asked

"Wasn't a crow. crow's don't have human foot steps" Khalil spoke, turning to them while the crow was in her arms.
"Probably mixed up by ashlyn's parents' footsteps?" Kaser asked, raising an eyebrow

"They already went in before ashlyn heard the footsteps. plus i saw a shadow of a human." Khalil spoke, glaring at a corner

The lights arrived about a week ago, along with the outfits aiden ordered for us.

Khalil and kaser had tried to get logan a handgun incase Logan's rifle runs out of bullets. Khalil bought taylor a rifle for herself, not letting anyone except ashlyn and taylor know.

Khalil taught taylor how to use the rifle and how it functions. khalil backed away while taylor aimed the rifle at the manequin.

"anddd shoot!" khalil grinned while taylor pulled the trigger, piercing a bullet in the manequin's head

"YEAHH! THAT'S MY GIRL!" Khalil's grin widened while she stared at the perfect headshot. Taylor smiled at her proud expression and aimed the rifle at the manequin again

"keep training darling, you and logan would be the perfect gunsduo" Khalil smiled proudly, clasping her hands together as she trained Taylor.

Someone knocked on their door, khalil opened it and logan stood there.

"Hi lil, i was wondering if.. i could train- wait. is that taylor-?" Logan's eyes slightly widen as he saw taylor shooting inside the room

"Yup, Come in" Khalil moved to the side while Logan walked in.

"oh! hi logan!" Taylor smiled as she greeted logan.

"Hello tay, how are you holding up?" Logan smiled while khalil sets up another manequin for logan

"Rifles are quite heavy but fun to use!" Taylor smiled

"That's nice to hear" Logan then looked at khalil and the manequin she set up.

"Alright, resume in training." khalil smiled and walked to the side, letting Logan and Taylor train to aim and get used to the guns.
