  Chanel's pov:

The day continued like nothing happened and i tried to avoid Luca as much as possible. I thought i explored the whole house, when i saw a door at the end of the hallway. I would be lying if I said the house isn't beautiful. I slowly cracked the door . There was a pile of stairs. I wanted to close the door when i heard someone mumbling name. That confused me. I slowly went down the stairs. Darkness was the only thing in this room. Suddenly i felt my hair being grabbed from behind my back. I let out a scream trying to fight the guy's grip.

"Are you crazy?! Let go!" I said trying my best to escape.

"I'm gonna finish what Hernandez couldn't" he said in a maniac tone and suddenly pinned me to the wall strangling me. I still tried screaming but i felt like i was losing all my air. Then i felt the cold barrel of a gun to my head. I screamed louder than before but he tightened his grip.

"It will only hurt a bit" He said and suddenly the man was shoved to the ground , the gun flying from his hand. I started coughing trying to get air and take deep breaths. I looked up to see an angry Di Angelo punching the guy's face multiple times and then inject him with something. When the man fell asleep onto the floor, Luca's eyes raised to watch me.

"What are you doing here!?"he said in a frustrated tone.

"He called my name, i thought it was you. How could i know?!" I said still taking deep breaths.

"Are you okay?" He asked and i didn't know how to answer. I was close to death. So no! Suddenly memories from the past started flooding through my mind. I quickly went past him while keeping a blank look. The only thing i need it right now was to be alone. I went backstairs and went towards the room, well Luca's room since it was the closest. Suddenly i bumped into someone.

"Regardez!" (Watch it!) I snapped feeling angrier than before.

"Excusez-moi!"(Excuse me!) I lifted my eyes to see a guy. "That's the only thing i know in french." He said amused and surprisingly i smiled a bit.

"Sorry for yelling." Shocking, i apologised. I continued my way.

"You must be the girl Luca told me about." He said and i turned around. "I'm Rafaelo.

"Chanel" i said eying him up and down.

"Fancy." He replied and i chuckled.

"Rafaelo!"a girl voice called.

"That's for me. It was nice meeting you, Chanel."he said and i smiled a bit. But then i realised. The girl voice sounded familiar. I sprinted towards the living room to be met by Alessia.

"And there she was. The little liar." I said looking at her with blank look on my face"

"Chanel, i can explain-"

"No need, I wouldn't care anyways." I said amused. "It's not a big difference. Myra, Alessia. Same thing." I said winking at her. She smiled assured.

"But what are you doing here?"

"I will be living here from now on." I said and she gave me a confused look."i'll marry your brother Alessia." And suddenly her mouth dropped.

"That means i'll be your sister-in-law!Can you imagine? Chanel Leblanc, marrying my brother. It's like a dream come true."

"Let's not get ahead of ourselves."

"But that means you know about the whole thing with mafia and who we ar-"

"You've got to calm down! It's getting annoying." I said while rolling my eyes.

"Alessia, give us sometime alone!" A voice that i hated echoed in the living room. She winked at me, but i ignored her and turned to face Luca.

"What?"i said clearly not in the mood to him.

"I need you to tell me everything. That man knew you, which means someone is after both of us."

"The only thing i can tell you was that he talked about a man named Hernandez. I don't know the guy and even if i did, I wouldn't be telling you." I lied. I knew exactly who was he talking about. But i wasn't gonna spill my whole past to a man i just met. Not now, not never!Then i started walking away and he grabbed my hand. For a few moments i saw worry in his eyes when he looked at my bruised neck but it disappeared quickly when he started talking again.

"Go brush your hair. It looks hideous." He simply said and went past me. Asshole.

Night has come finally. Can yall believe that all of this weird moments happed today? Cause i can. I was searching for Aiden,but i couldn't find him. I was about to yell for him, when i saw him in the living room with Alessia and Rafaelo. This boy was fitting in effortlessly while i was....well..whatever. I sighed and entered Luca's room . Fortunately he wasn't there so I decided to go into the bathroom to take a shower. Once i finished i put on my pyjamas and brushed my hair. When i entered the room, on the bed was laying Luca. ON THE WHOLE BED!

"Move" i said but he ignored me. "Are you deaf?Maybe you don't understand english. Muovi Il culo! (Move your ass!) "If you don't move i'll throw water on you!" he still didn't budge. That was it. I picked a glass from the bathroom filed it with water and threw it at his face.

"You-

"I told i'll do it. Great! Now because of you, the bed is wet. Congratulations! Unfortunately i can't sleep here anymore. Would you mind showing me where the guest room is?"

"You're making way too much of a big deal. Just sit down and go to sleep." He said moving farther leaving me the right side.

"I always sleep on the left side of the bed."

"Too bad." He said and got more comfortable.

"I'm not going to sleep until i don't have the left side. And neither will stop talking." He said and rolled to the other side. I smirked victoriously and sat down, covering myself with the blanket and then finally drifted to sleep.
