Twice Dormitory
The members decided to celebrate uniquely - by having a special gathering in their dormitory. They decorated their dormitory with colorful balloons, fairy lights, and photos from their journey together. They reminisced about their humble beginnings, shared funny anecdotes from their time as trainees, and expressed gratitude for the unwavering support of their fans. As the night went on, they sang acapella versions of their hit songs, danced to their favorite tunes, and laughed until their stomachs hurt. It was a heartwarming and intimate celebration that strengthened their bond as a group.
"Chaeng??" Nayeon called.
"Hmmm." Chaeyoung hummed in response.
"I'm just curious what happened to you? How did you remember everything?" Nayeon asked.
Chaeyoung confided in her friends about a year-long ordeal she had faced. She revealed that her life had been in grave danger due to her stepdad's sinister intentions.
"My life was in grave danger because of my stepdad." Chaeyoung nonchantly answered.
"Oh my goodness, what do you mean, danger?" Jeongyeon butts in
" Why didn't you tell us sooner?" Mina worriedly asked.
"I was forbidden from leaving my late father's company premises and home. I was isolated and felt trapped. I couldn't risk involving you all and putting you in harm like before that's why I decided not to contact all of you" Chaeyoung reasoned out.
"That must have been terrifying. How did you manage to cope all this time?" Dahyun worriedly asked.
Her story took a chilling turn when investigations uncovered the shocking truth behind the series of events. What was initially believed to be a tragic accident involving her stepdad was, in fact, a calculated attempt on her life. The revelation sent shivers down the spines of those who had stood by her during her darkest days.
"It was a nightmare, but I had to stay strong. Recently, it was revealed that what happened wasn't an accident. It was a deliberate attempt on my life." Chaeyoung added.
"That's unimaginable! How can he do that to you?" Tzuyu angrily commented.
"How are you feeling now? Do you feel safe?" Sana worriedly asked.
Mr. Timothy was sentenced to a lifetime behind bars, a sense of closure washed over Chaeyoung.
"I'm still processing everything, but knowing the truth has brought a sense of closure. I feel relieved that he was sentenced with a lifetime imprisonment." Chaeyoung sincerely answered.
"We're here for you, always. Also, You're incredibly brave for enduring all of that alone." Jihyo proudly said making the girls nod in agreement.
"Thank you, I couldn't have made it through without my family and your support. Your friendship means everything to me."Chaeyoung shyly replied.
"Speaking of your family, Chaeng, how are you feeling about reuniting with your mom? We know it's been tough for you and for her." Mina curiously and carefully asked.
"I'm so conflicted. In my heart I miss her terribly, but I'm scared I won't remember her, or worse, that she'll see me differently now." Chaeyoung worriedly responded.
