They had never had so many interviews as that day, as they hoped that sooner or later they would end, to regain some peace of mind and just think about a tour that was not yet up and running due to too many actual ideas..

And it was no surprise, Jon had always been convinced that although journalists were of vital importance for each artist, basically they were a big time waster for the realization of a particular project..

The thing that mattered most to him was also a break, it wouldn't have been a catastrophe in the end, regaining energy was the important part and even a coffee would have been essential and profitable to regain mental abilities and energies that were now exhausted..

- a coffee wouldn't hurt, we had like ten interviews in the space of an hour - said Jon after some time, tired of answering the same questions all the time

- you're actually right, the journalists certainly won't mind if we go away. for a few minutes, my wife has been calling for a quarter of an hour - Richie replied looking at the phone with the appearance of ten missed calls from his wife

- and that's fine but twenty minutes no more - said one of their  managers and Jon's brother

- Anthony let's even do an hour, the Vogue people are usually always late - Jon said to Anthony

- In the end you always win - said his brother, laughing

- Anthony, did you happen to see my father, I had to speak to him urgently - June said to Jon's brother

- No June after the Rolling Stones interview I haven't seen him again he will surely be in the office as usual - he said and then disappeared

Jon had been thinking about it for a long time, as much as June worked with them, he had never managed to ask her if she wanted to have a coffee with him, sure he was her boss, but for what it was worth he was also her friend..

So there would have been nothing wrong with making her such an invitation and no one would have understood anything that wasn't different to a simple coffee between colleagues and, if we want, friends...

- Um June I was wondering would you like to have a coffee with me - said Jon turning to June - a coffee with friends and colleagues don't misunderstand - it ended then

- sure, I would have said yes in any case I would need a massive dose of coffee, most likely I would have fallen asleep in the chair at the next interview - June said to Jon

- the trouble of having dozens of interviews on the same day and that there are no breaks in between, but with Vogue we can take liberties that we usually can't have - Jon said laughing

- because of their being late you say - asked June, sitting at the table with coffee in hand

- obviously.. I think they are the most late journalists of all but we're used to it by now - the frontman said to his friend

- what kind of person am I, in these five years I have never met them - said June

- let's see how to describe them...
Well, they are certainly journalists who are very interested in the gossip genre, furthermore our life outside of work seems much more important than our work and it is for this reason that sometimes we change the direction of the questions - said Jon

- in the face of journalists - said June

- only they do this, they're the Vogue guys, of course, but we're all used to that - said Jon

- don't worry about the most inappropriate questions - June finished the sentence

- we can certainly define it as such, but tell me, I've never asked you, how do you feel in these five years with us - asked Jon

- Very good to tell you the truth, I thought this job was boring, but already from the first week I changed my mind a lot - said June

- you are never bored with us, there is always something to do where you can have fun, we leave a lot of room for inspiration and imagination to our collaborators - said Jon

- I noticed it apart from the tours - said June

- those are the only thing where the last word awaits us, as well as the record and all its representation, also because it is our field and we have to represent ourselves as we want - said Jon

- it seems right to me.. however the artists on stage are always you, and it is legitimate to put something on stage that represents you one hundred percent - said June

- but it's already proving to be more difficult than expected - the singer said to the girl

- Jon seriously speaking, give yourselves time to understand what you really want for this show, you've only recently reunited and it's already a long time since your new album is coming out, the tour is far away, it's only September, you'll see that sooner or then the ideas will come - said the girl in front of him

- let's say that Keep The Faith is a true act of faith for each of us, we don't want to disappoint anyone - said Jon

- and you won't, people love you and follow you for what you represent, you started with a simple concept in the eighties, that is to be different from the rest, never being banal or obvious, five boys from New Jersey who wanted to strike with your own music...
And it seems to me that you have succeeded in all this time, right?! - said June

- sure but there is always room for improvement and evolution of style - said Jon

- of course, but it happens that you must always be yourself, not forgetting the fact that sometimes evolution does not mean leaving what you are.
You're a pop rock band, well you always will be, if you were born like that, you don't necessarily have to become Kiss, I don't know if you know what I mean - said June

- sisi you explained yourself, I understand what you mean, we are just very perfectionists and me first and foremost, this album means a lot to us and this tour must just be our desire to say here we are, we're back - said Jon

- you will see that you will find the right path to make these shows your maximum field of expression, but until then focus on the album and the last songs to be included - said June

-The safe one,-Jon said

- you know bed of roses wasn't evil - said June

- I thought you heard it - Jon said laughing

- I was passing by and I stopped, my office is not very far from the piano room - June said laughing

- this is also true, now let's go or my brother will write us off as missing - said the singer

- true, I don't know how you have two such different managers - said June

- well Anthony is just my manager, your father is the one from the official band - said Jon

- I understand, let's go - June said returning to the interview office
