➛❝ I HAVEN'T BEEN STUDYING AT ALL !!❞ two voices exclaimed, one of pure horror while another was as cheery as it could possibly be. a month or two has passed by since the school year started, and the current dilemma class 1a was facing was not villains, but rather their exams.
"with the sports festival and the internships, i wasn't able to study at all!!" kaminari exclaimed as he began to worry, especially since he was currently at the bottom of the class in terms of academics. "there has been a lot of events recently. . ." tokoyami, who's ranked fifteen, said as he sweat dropped.
"well, the midterm didn't cover much as it was earlier, so it wasn't that difficult. . ." sato said as koda agreed with him, nodding his head. "not only did we have a lot going on, the finals are nothing like the midterms—"
"the practical exams will make it difficult, huh?" mineta said smugly, as he placed tenth during the midterms. the fact itself pissed kaminari and ashido, as the two are the lowest ranked students in the class. "i thought you were the same as us!" "someone like you is only lovable when you're stupid!!"

"ashido-san, kaminari-kun!" the greenette called the two of them, making them peer back at him. "l-let's work hard!" midoriya, who placed 5th in the midterms exams, said with enthusiasm. "we all need to go to the forest training camp after all!"
then, iida, who was 2nd, chimed in, "as class representative, i'm expecting everyone to rise above this!" as he raised his hands in a robotic manner. "you wouldn't even be failing if you had listened in class." todoroki, the sixth placer, muttered as he side-eyes the two.
"be careful with your words!!"
"i might be able to help you out with the classroom lectures." yaoyorozu, the top student, said as she offered to lend those in need a hand. "although i'll be worthless in the practical exams. . ."
[y/n] heard her mutter to herself as she stood by her desk. with a sigh, the girl placed her hand on top of her shoulder, making the other look up at her. "if you want, we can train some time, yaomomo-san." the [h/c] haired girl offered.
the other looked at her with sparkles practically radiating off of her. "r-really? you wouldn't mind?" "no, not at all." suddenly, yaoyorozu clasped her hands with [y/n]'s, eyes filled with hope. "thank you, rai-san!"
