Following Vincent earning his third Gym badge in Levincia, he and his team walked around the beach, searching for a good place to train and a potential new team member for Vincent.
Vincent sent out Melissa and chose Blossom to be her opponent. The Grass Cat Pokémon began to spin her yo-yo around in the air.
Blossom: (Don't let yourself get tripped, Aria! You can have the first move.)
Melody: (Whatever you say, darling.)
Vincent: Use Ice Fang!
Melody sped across the ground, kicking up sand and then flew into the air. Melissa's fangs glows light blue and charges Blossom into the sky. The Grass Cat Pokémon crashed into the ground with a satisfying slam.
Vincent: Now use Outrage!
Melody's body glows red then charges down into the Grass Cat Pokémon.
Blossom fired several Seed Melissa. Melissa held strong and took the barrage without much trouble. Blossom jumped from the ground and attacked with her Energy Ball, dealing a bit more damage.
Melody smirked and suddenly used powerful attacks.
