Vincent and his team are back at Artazon, since they're going to the Fire-type Team Star Base.

Vincent: They're just a group of students at Manzana Academy, who have bases scattered around the region to help prospective Trainers on their journeys. They can be quite troublemakers.
Blossom: (First of all, we have to find the base and wait for this Cassiopeia. And maybe we will also find Clive there as well.)
